C. G.Found the element man online after a long and arduous search for a replacement grill element for our ancient cooker. Having had our model number confirmed by the manufacturer I was able to find the correct part and ordered it. Ordering was easy and straightforward and I was able to track my parcel through Royal Mail. It even arrived early, which was fantastic. The best bit was that the part only cost £12! My oven manufacturer had quoted me £113! Similar elements online ranged from £25 to £80. We just fitted the element today and it’s better than ever. I can’t believed we fixed it for £12. I was all geared up to replace the whole cooker because I thought it was a goner, but the old thing lives to see another day! I’d definitely use the element man again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Fantastic service and price.
K. G.Our cooking stopped working on a Friday night, we didn't have a model number or any knowledge with cookers. We come across ElementMan on Google and decided to call them as they had a part similar to the one in our oven. They were very helpful, genuinely cared, allowed us to send photos and they gave us as much information possible over the phone.
We ordered the part and it come very quickly, it was the perfect match so we can now use our cooker again. We even received a follow up email the next day checking everything was OK. The best service 🙌

S. S.Great place for all you cooker requirements, If they don't stock it they will order it for you. The staff where friendly and tested my part to be sure it was faulty before charging me for a new one. Prices are reasonable and there website easy to navigate I would highly recommend element man.

L.My oven broke in the week and I heard this place was really helpful so I waited until the weekend to visit as I wasn’t sure which of the two elements that came up for my oven was the correct one. Apparently I bought the one Belling oven that doesn’t have elements for sale everywhere else! However, turned up on Saturday afternoon having failed to notice the closing time was 12am (not pm) on Google and the shop was actually closed. So no dinner for us but ordered the element online instead. Thankfully the order was shipped first thing Monday morning and it is arriving today (Wed).
