Polite knowledgable staff. Went to purchase a washing machine. They listened to what I needed. Then supported with delivery and insulation. Providing after sales trouble shooting advice to ensure machine was working. Would recommend this store for first step for large kitchen appliances. No pressure to buy. Will take time to show you what's in the shop. They have good knowledge of all machines.

I have been a loyal customer with G.T Appliances for over 10 yrs, there products are of exceptional quality and the after sale service is also phenomenal. Ahmed and Arafat are both real professionals and provide superior customer service catering to every need of the customer and making sure they get the best product at the best price the market has to offer, I have recommended G.T to all my friends and family. I bought a gas oven and a gas hob plus i bought a cooker hood which looks and works amazing, I also went back a week later and purchased a dishwasher.

It's not everyday you receive exceptional customer service, I arrived at GT to pick up and pay for an extra tall fridge freezer unfortunately when I arrived I was advised by Lead Rep Arafat , this item had been sold. I briefly explained that this was unfortunate as I needed the specific dimensions of that item and we are due to have our kitchen fitted within 2weeks. It was at this point that my sales rep apologised and immediately called their main warehouse and found me a like for like comparison. I then advised I also needed a cooker I was then given a discount on my additional purchase . All in all I arrived disappointed and left extremely satisfied. Whilst I was only prepared to make an individual purchase MY ultimate savings was immense. RRP of items: £1500 Final GT price inclusive of discount (£950) *Special mention to Ahmed for providing the additional discount and also to Arafat for delaying the delivery so that our kitchen can be delivered first.* This means GT will hold our stock and ship it delayed Thanks guys!

I was really worried about buying appliances for my new home as I had never done so. At the store I spoke to two lovely guys - Ahmed and Arafat. They were super helpful and explained all the specifics and were happy to help even When I had to cancel my delivery due to delays with my builder. Helpful people and I would shop here again in the future!

We visited GT Appliances today to purchase a fridge freezer & was delighted with the service we received from Arafat. His customer service was excellent & he was thoroughly helpful. We made our selection at Lunchtime & by mid afternoon we had it delivered to our kitchen. How about that for service!! Worth pointing out that the 2 guys who delivered the Fridge Freezer took extra special care to bring it in to the house. Definitely will return here in future should we need any household appliances. We came to buy a fridge not only did he do a good price for us but got the fridge delivered half an hour after we left the shop. Had become tired of online shopping; constant reviews, ratings and sites, just wanted sine good old customer service, attention and actual products in front of me. GT Appliances fulfilled all the requirements, second purchase from here in the year, excellent customer service, feel comfortable, no pressure and a genuine feeling of trustworthy service, hard to find these days (I'm in my forties so I know!)
