Booked as a luxury treat but to be honest I was quite disappointed..
The restaurant is located inside the main store.not a closed restaurant.. . We arrived 10 minutes early so was nice to browse around Harvey nics but would have preferred to be seated as restaurant wasn't busy... The actual afternoon teas were £35 pp.. It was all delicious and displayed beautifully.. Our hostess went above and beyond offering to make my granddaughter a frappachino when she over heard us talking about a well known coffee house.. This delighted my 10 Yr old granddaughter... Our chef explained what each item on our tray was and was very attentive and polite.. The main disappointment was that towards the end of our day it felt like staff were waiting to pounce for us to leave which made us feel uncomfortable and rushed which put a dampener on our experience.. But looking back on the day everyone had a lovely time so I would recommend a visit

Compared to the Bristol store, it was all very cramped and dark.
Was going to have a scone and drink in the cafe, but the staff , didn't seem very welcoming .
B. P.A topnotch posh shop full of designer brands. Unfortunately nothing there for me as they don't cater for old fat peeps. Which is their loss, cos we where the only customers on a Tuesday morning with money to burn and nothing to spend it on. 🙄😑

i. a.I really like HN the staff are great and even if I am on my own I feel ok stopping for a coffee or a cocktail I usually find a nice bottle of wine to take home and Christmas wouldn't be the same without a bottle of HN port

L.We visited Fenty several times and have been served by Stacy and Naomi. Both beauticians were very helpful, professional and knew exactly what we needed for the occasion. They were both able to judge the correct shade of product we needed but still offered us the choice to choose differently. Stacy did a little make over for me and it was just the style I wanted.
We would definitely recommend a visit.

It's always great to sit down in the bar area, which is comfortable and they have a few non-alcoholic options. It's a great relaxed atmosphere and the toilets are beautiful. My go-to place when in and around the mailbox.

M. G.The restaurant here is fantastic and not overly priced. My reason for four stars is just the price of everything else in the store. Don't get me wrong the staff are very helpful, but I asked about a aftershave I liked the smell of, and nearly had a heat attack when they told me the price £250 for a avarage bottle. There is no way on this earth I would ever pay that much for a bottle of scented water. It just seems the clothing etc is very over priced. But I would highly recommed the champagne bar and the restaurant, service is very very good, and the food is worth the money.

Edited - We did go back! Beef Wellington was glorious (though it was very rare, thankfully I like it that way!) though they ran out quite quickly... If you're going for dinner I'd go early! Service was a bit slow...

If amazing they have a in-house cafe and restaurant which serves food to die for aswell as amazing selection of alcohol. P. A.Fantastic customer service from Chloe on Elemis. I went in for a facial which was superb and the best facial I have ever had- great products and very relaxing, my skin is glowing. Chloe was also very knowledgable with the Elemis range, I will definitely be back!
G. H.I went to the restaurant for afternoon tea & I found it really reasonably priced at £22. Unlimited tea & coffee & as I'm vegan they did a specialised a vegan menu for me! I had to tell them in advance as this wasn't readily available but they were super helpful & the staff were great.

S. H.Beautiful but only sell designer gear so unless you like paying £800 for a pair of jeans it's really only a special occasion clothes shop. Beauty products are a mix of brands found in department stores and some higher priced. Tiny food section is framed full of delicious speciality goods and Harvey Nicholls labelled staples like teas, coffees and biscuits. Huge array of gins and other alcoholic drinks but no cachaca or pisco in this small liquor department which is what I was looking for - they can order items in for you. Enjoy browsing and try to avoid the pushy perfume sellers!
S. L.We ate at the restaurant and had cocktails in the bar. Cocktails were good. The food was ok - the Caesar Salad was not the best - only two anchovies!!! Also just quartering the lettuce and then inserting into a bowl made this a tricky one to actually eat.

S. H.A very different place that has changed since my last visit many moons ago, there used to be a foodhall at the front of the Mailbox building. There are more stores open along the lower level, but Harvey Nichols prices are out of this world.
B. C. u.Stunning prosecco, D.O.C.G. Superiore, £16 a bottle, £9.75 Half bottle. As good as many well known champagne out there, if not better than most.
Sainsbury's also have a D.O.C.G. Superiore, at only £11 a bottle. This is excellent value for money. Not as good as Harvey Nichols, but still good value.
If you are going to drink Prosecco, always buy the D.O.C.G. Not D.O.C. 1 Bottle of D.O.C.G. Superiore, is worth 6 bottles of D.O.C.
The Superiore D.O.C.G. is made in a very specific area in Italy. It is a truly magnificent and highly pleasurable drink.
