A very high quality Neff double oven at a highly competitive price. Showroom service was excellent and the fitting was speedy and efficient. An excellent company that I would have no hesitation recommending to anyone looking at new or replacement appliances.

Really great service received from mcphersons especially from Simon. Gave great advice on appliances and great prices. Always kept upto date with stock levels and deliveries. My new Bertazzoni range was delivered quickly by Allen and the team. The delivery drivers couldn't have been more helpful as it wasn't at all easy getting it down the hallway. If you are looking for a new appliance, I can thoroughly recommend them.

After being recommended- by a friend- to go to the showroom, we were taken back by the outstanding customer service: infact, I would go as far as saying it is the best retail customer service I've ever experienced. My wife and I, bought a full range of appliances for our new kitchen. Simon, who spent so much time with us, was exceptional as he talked us through every aspect of every purchase we made. Not only that, he was so honest about all of the products enabling us to make some really informed decisions. Their prices are very competitive. I'd go as far to say I wouldn't use an online retailer for kitchen appliances now I know this showroom exists. It is a shame that there aren't more shops that operate like this one. Many thanks.
