Huge store full of everything you could expect. Including Krispie kremes, Ed's diner, cake stalls, Greek restaurant and Yo Sushi. The lady in the alcohol section, was very friendly and helpful

We have been here a few times a year. Fav area is the toys. Krispy kreme and the noodles are the best food venders. They are all the best places for us. All staff in the three venues are kind, supportive and helpful. The krispy kreme are lovely. 2 SEND boys and two stressed mothers and a coffee and doughnut and all is well again. When looking for the secret santa twice, the security team helped us by radio threw which confirmed cadbury had changed the date to the following week. . . and then cancelled the second date at a minutes notice. Always cool displays and the most lively fr c and mrs c to pose for a quick photo impromptu as a SEND boy can not que. Well organised and well loved. Have bespoke gifts.

I went to Selfridges with my wife. There are top brands in it and there is a wide range of shoes branded purses watches and many clothing varieties. I highly recommend this place to visit once. All top brand are there in it.

Got a Tonkutso buy one get one free lunch coupon unfortunately Birmingham branch is not doing lunch menu. Very disappointed then we went to Yo! Had a good lunch there, enjoyable, although there is no more sushi for you to choose from the belt but it delivered your food to you. Fun to watch and eat

My wife and I had a very rare free day together and decided on a shopping day in Birmingham. Fabulous decision. From the eateries we visited particularly Piccolinos restaurant with lovely food and service to the very fabulous selfridges. Great shopping experience. Staff throughout the store are welcoming. Helpful and professional. A particular thanks to Jennifer who works at the Chanel stand. Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional young lady. Would highly recommend a visit to the store and food and refreshments at Fumo restaurant. The staff there too were fantastic. Loved it. Looking forward to going back soon.

This Selfridges is alot better than it used to be. The service has improved so much over the years. Where the staff are pleasant and willing to help you instead of judging if your going to purchase. Always nice here. We went on the train because cars and Birmingham don't mix. Moor St. Station is opposite the bull ring, so off the train, into the Bull Ring and then onto Selfridge's. My daughter needed shoes for prom. She found some straight away at Carvellas. The lady who served her was really nice. Very friendly and polite. The place wasn't too busy, plenty of space if you still try to keep your distance as I do. Not many shoppers in masks though.

The place was clean and lots of designer wear about to shop from. However as the weather has become warm there wasn't air conditioning. It was very humid inside selfridges especially the shoe section and the section of where skims is based they really need the air conditioning on in warm and hot weather. Apart from that issue its a nice place and some of the staff are very attentive their customer service is great too :)

Was just served in a new amazing kiosk of Valentino make up in Selfridgers. No separate Google so have to leave my review here. ALTHEA was amazing. I just had an awful experience in Charloyte Tilbury, then went to Valentino where this lovely woman made my day. Amazing make up, lovely woman, great service, bubbly attitude. Informative about that new brand. What a great service - thank you!

Great shop assistants. Had the greatest experience whilst choosing the best perfume for myself at the YSL “department”. However, when I passed to the Mancera post, the assistant was a bit distant and gave me the impression that he did not value me as a potential customer.

Friendly staff were never to far to assist throughout the store. It is a shame with the prices of some items and I have considered the brand name and purpose of the store, but items available in a Tesco or Waitrose, such as a box of Lindt Lindor, are rather more expensive (£11 as opposed to £7). I purchased from the alcohol, vinegar and oils section and have to say, had very good customer service and was informed the glass could be re-used in the future without fee for a future sale just paying for the consumable. To move around the store there were markers on the floor to guide away from the aisles and each till area had appropriate perspex screens when considering Covid-19 precautions. Overall, a good experience in-store with excellent customer service, a shame about some of the prices, but I do appreciate others are willing to pay these.

Day 2 after the stores reopened post pandemic lockdown and what ended up being a really pleasant trip to Birmingham. Not too busy, surprisingly. Selfridges as usual was a great visit, excellent products, super friendly and helpful staff, safe with no overcrowding and plenty of sanitising stations everywhere you went, if only everybody used them! The food court was partially open and enabling takeaway food at some of the restaurants. Highly recommend a visit.

Called in here specifically to choose a fragrance for my partner, something I have always really enjoyed doing. Luckily my other half is very well groomed and he is therefore a joy to buy for so long as he let's me choose the scent lol...The amount of perfumes for men and women has absolutely exploded in recent years and I have never seen so much choice and so many new brands on offer, it was overwhelming to know where to start to be honest. Unfortunately due to Covid regulations everywhere you cannot pick up a bottle yourself now to test it and you now have to describe what you want or what you are looking for. So I went round the Dior counter, the Chanel counter and the YSL counter before ending up at my favourite counter the Tom Ford one. The help and service I received from the staff at all these brand counters was really good and knowledgeable. I just said I want a woody, oak, moss, cedar, leather, tonka bean, maybe oud, bit of tobacco but absolutely no vanilla, extremely masculine scent and I was in there two hours until I found the 'right' one. All the staff that served me were extremely patient so it was a really nice experience. Beautiful gift wrapping was much appreciated too. I have noticed though that 'samples' given out are now pared to the absolute minimum, things really are changing. 90% of the time in the past I would buy a particular fragrance because I had previously received a sample which I really liked. I ended up buying a gorgeous gift for my lovely daughter and myself too. The 4 stars is because I saw a Laura Mercier gift set box containing beautiful lipstick cases which I was dying to open to see the colours but even if there was a tester (which there wasn't) I wouldn't have been allowed to take the tops off to look anyway. I absolutely adore lipstick and never leave the house without it on. I just couldn't find a Laura Mercier assistant to serve me despite waiting ages by their counter as directed to do by another member of staff from a different brand. I'll pop into House of Fraser in Sutton next week to see if I can purchase the lipsticks from there instead.

One of the iconic shops in the UK, Selfridges in Birmingham in a great modern building, 4 floors of shopping and all the usual big brands. Massive food court and lots of options, and whole floor dedicated to men’s wear. Expensive, and more upmarket then some of the other department stores in the UK, don’t expect anything cheap in here unless there’s a sale on.

One of my favourite department stores in the city centre. So many different floors, many different departments to choose from. The iconic and much photographed exterior is now iconic with Birmingham city centre skyline. My favourite section is the lower level food hall, which just fascinated and excites me. I can spend hours here, very convenient to get to by public transport or car. The best selfridges outside London.

Went to Eds Diner located within Selfridges, which had great food and the service was very quick even during a busy time of day, prices were also reasonable. Selfridges itself offer a massive range of just about everything, we looked at TVs, Headphones, and also some novelty items that kept us amused for some time. Plenty of assistance is available and staff were very helpful. Lots of food is available within from Burgers to Sushi and Tea to Milkshakes.
