This soft furnishings store keeps a good selection of bedding items ,curtains and plates,cutlery etc but also has artificial plants, sewing notions, and a smallish selection of furniture. My husband opted to have a coffee in the cafe while I browsed. I had a query about an item and the girls on the checkout were helpful in resolving it. A good experience.

Great place to start for our first real shopping trip for things for the house. Good to get to see and feel the quality and size of products and ended up spending far more than we planned, haha. Nice to stop for lunch, too. This place is recommended

Popped in for curtain linings & quick lunch, linings do the job, good quality & reasonable price. Food was delicious & very well presented, also priced for everyone's budgets... A medium sized store with a good selection but it feels cramped compared to others. Made to measure curtains section is useful as they have most of the materials on display

Not a very good selection of curtain shades but a decent choice of pillows to choose from. There is an area selling ginormous clocks and tasteless tat to put on walls. Dunelm doesn't offer you a receipt so you have to have an email address and hope that they send it to you or you will have no proof of purchase. We went to the Cafe it has comparatively reasonable prices I had a nice foccaccia toastie but it was served with coleslaw and dry salad at breakfast time. The coffee was quite good as well but they serve toasted tea cakes and scones and after tell customers unashamed that they have no butter. Dunelm is different! usually a cafe would have butter and a store would give a receipt.

I'm not one for shopping but I love this store, great quality and choices offered. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff always worth a visit. Their website is impressive, quite a low spend for free delivery, which is excellent service. All in all a top quality store and always worth a visit in person or online. Poole shop is large. Staff are very helpful and polite. Good amount of stock. Pricing is very competative. They have loos and a cafe (which is not bad) takes up quite a large space, probably needs an overhaul. I personally think their lighting and shop layout needs improvement. I have purchased faux wood blinds for 3 bed house ,excellent.And I have just ordered pair of curtains.

I only popped in to see if they had some material suitable for upholstery and I'm glad I did...The staff member incharge of that area was called Liz and she was amazing. As soon as she was free, she came and helped me select some material's for my consideration and was very informative as to go about the task ahead. I want to thank Debbie for all her help. She sold me curtains on Monday which were so good I went back and got some more. Then she advised a thermal door curtain may fit my hall window, so I bought that too. It did fit and has kept the hall temperature up unbelievably well. Thank you Debbie.

Excellent shop with a great range of items. Most of what you see on their website is available in store. Staff are always friendly and the store is kept clean. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that they have the air conditioning on even through winter and it makes to store far too cold and unbearable at times.

A nice store - good quality. In the past, I had 'presumed' it was quite expensive but have found that it isn't. I have bought bedding, pillows, duvet covers, reversible bath/toilet mats, over several years, which last extremely well. I recently bought a microwave. I was looking for the cheapest and did quite a lot of research - the Dunelm one, was three litres bigger, compared with similar prices of other local places (easy to pick up during lockdown) and far more attractive to look at than previous ones .

I haven't visited many large stores over the last six months, but this Dunelm store was extremely efficient in dealing with Covid regulations. Staff were helpful and friendly. The queue for the tills looked long but moved exceptionally quickly and people were helpfully guided by a member of staff. We managed to purchase a number of items at good prices too.

It's okay and good things to buy. But please do look at the price. Some how it's more when you pay at the till. I only found out when I got home that I paid more. By law they have to lower the price at the till. I work in retail and I know you have to sell anything that is advertise lower on the shelf price. You can't sell anything higher than shelf price.

Car park just about copes with demand, store is bright, clean and airy, huge range of stock with a lot of emphasis on bedding and curtains, prices are just about fair, but often they have end of range clear outs where prices tumble to free up space for new ranges. There is a coffee lounge for a break after the shopping. Very easy to become a satisfied regular customer here .

I visited Dunelm to look for curtain material. The store was laid out to self distance and easy to get around. I felt completely safe. A very nice lady named Sue was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sue organised to get a swatch of the material l had chosen to be sent to me. The staff are always very helpful.

I love Dunelm....Just bought 2 new Duvet covers in the sale.... I went to the Bournemouth Ringwood Road Store.... I have given 5 stars as such good quality items there.... Dunelm i am very impressed that such a place exist with such a huge variety of home products to chose from the store offers a fantastic quality of home products and it was very useful great staff especially at the till not so much of a help at the bedding department i was left wondering there for an ample of time nearly half an hour without any help when i asked for help it was useful and not with a desire to make me smile or smiled at or helped with pleasure of helping as for the location is was a nice drive to get there with fantastic map guidance on route to the store the parking lot was terribly busy and not enough space to park so just be a ware of this parking issue on Sundays.
