C.I rarely leave reviews and this one is a little late but Dave was so good to deal with and extremely helpful, delivering when we had originally arranged to pick up but then had a problem with our car. So on this occasion I wanted to make the effort. Tumble dryer just what we wanted, super clean and doing the job, nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend EZ Appliances.
B. B.This guy is amazing. I’ve never bought a second hand appliance so was a little sceptical but I couldn’t be happier. I rang up on Monday morning and was told they had no washer/dryers but one would be in later that day. I got a call and some photos at about 4pm and it was delivered by 10am the next day. Hotpoint washer/dryer for £179, delivery £10, installation and removal of old washer was another £10. I even get a small warranty. Will absolutely be using them again. Really really really good.
Q. A.Very helpful and accommodating, arranged delivery, installed the appliance and even gave me a hand with another appliance that I couldn't connect (FOC) great customer service, couldn't be more impressed with the service. Fridge freezer works great too.
D. H.Waited 2 years to post bought a tumble dryer from this shop paid a bit more as it was expensive when new but still a bargain. 2 yrs later still going strong as the day I bought it from them, delivered by a nice man and on time, Lady in shop was also a nice person.
M.The price seem bit higher than private sellers but the service you get is worth every penny. I experienced some issues with my fridge after warranty expired but they came to fixed it next day and didn't want any money from me! Honest family business. I highly recommend.
N.Just a quick note to say thanks again to Dave & Eva at EZ Appliances for outstanding service yet again. They always have a good range of appliances available at fair prices all of which are guaranteed for at least 3 months. However, where they really shine is in how quickly they will come and resolve any issues you might encounter if anything goes wrong. I've now bought two appliances from them in the last five years and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a used appliance. Delivery is always prompt and if they do have to take anything back to the workshop, it's back before you know it - they'll always try and fix in situ too, so you don't lose a day with your machine if at all possible. A Highly recommended local company who still believe in a high level of SERVICE, which is a rare thing these days. If you want to deal with a local company with integrity that values it's customers then you really can't go wrong. Thanks again.
a.My letter to Dave. "Thanks for delivering in the snow yesterday, have recommended you to those enquiring of our old washing machine. Just picked up an old email from March 2012 when you delivered that Fridge Freezer (the one he just took away) to us in West moors. Not done badly then - 7 yrs. including a time of 18 mths it stood in the garage unused as we had an integrated one at the next house! Well done.
Our daughter also bought a fridge freezer from you not too long ago! "
Having looked at new Fridge freezers and Washing machines in the sales, we could not find what we were looking for, so we went to our tried and trusted retailer of used white goods - EZ Appliances. We chose both a washing machine and fridge/freezer with the specifications we needed and were given a 3 month warranty on parts and labour. Dave delivered them both promptly and took away the old fridge freezer. Our purchases saved us a great deal of money, better than the retail sales. So great service, very helpful with fitting and checking the appliances worked in situ. 5 Stars! Mrs Snowden.
