Great customer service, despite not being able to provide what I wanted

Good customer service from SCS. Got sofa+ flooring and got a discount for buying both together. What's not to like. Manager is very friendly, knows his product, informative, everything you'd expect and more. Give them a try.! Update November 21.. Had more than usual wait for our sofa. Then issues over gliders. £60 for 8 or 9 gliders.

We ordered a sofa at you Bridgend branch in July and Mark walked us through a few different options. We felt very at ease and didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying the add on extras.. But we did :) From start to finish the service was Amazing! Mark knew his stuff and was very professional and polite. About 7 weeks later we had our stunning 2 seat and 3 seater recliner delivered. Benn and Kris delivered our sofa and set it up with no problems at all, also they were very friendly and happy to help. Scs Bridgend you've a great staff team from the store to the delivery, Thank you!

Service was second to none, didn't feel pressured at all by anyone. We told a member of staff what we were looking for and they led us in the right direction. Seen recliners we liked but out of our price bracket so advised that there was very similar ones in an area we had already seen but missed them. Excellent service from start to finish would recommend. Delay on our recliners but have been kept updated, totally understand the delay given the current climate. Thank you great customer service.

Nice carpets available with comparable prices to competitors, but underlay prices were expensive and fitting was in excess of 4 weeks. To long a wait for what I needed for a turn around on one of my rental properties.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who were there to assist and offer advice when required but were never pushy (even after multiple visits over a few days). The sales staff remembered our faces even after a few days. Ordered a new sofa and got a lovely discount on a new carpet too! Even though the computer systems were have a New Years Day meltdown, it was a very positive experience with SCS in Bridgend and we won’t hesitate on visiting again.

We were given plenty of time, without pressure, to look at our leisure. Once we'd decided on a style we liked, the sales representative was extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave us sound, practical advice. We explored every option available regarding colours, fabrics, recline possibilities/ combinations and delivery lead-times. All were answered professionally, clearly and with practical demonstrations given where and where possible. All told, the sales process was clear and trouble free - other than, of course, we still had to pay - and I would have no hesitation in recommending this store and its staff.

Price circumventing by charging £69 for delivery which does not need clearing up! Your adverts drag people in with a great price on a sofa then you whack people with £69 delivery charge. If I bought a sofa from Wayfair then the price you see is the price you pay!!!

I have still to have the carpets fitted, but I found the sales staff, Dan and Shaun, courteous and very efficient. I left the store with every confidence that the fitting will be done well. I had used the store because my daughter had had a very good experience with it when her hall and stairs required new carpet.

Went to look for a new sofa at Bridgend. the choices were plenty lots of styles. Karl who was a staff member helped us to pick the right one as we both have back problems. Karl did not pressure sale he helped us to pick the right sofa took his time to help me and my wife to have the sofa that we needed. his help and knowledge of the products that you sell was second to one nice and polite well mannered and a god asset to your company.

Very good! The member of staff helped us immensly. He explained the full 12 week ordering process and the difference when there was something already in the warehouse. Since what I wanted was in the warehouse, he managed to set it up for delivery on the following Saturday.... this was a Thrusday!

Very pleased with neville when we went to purchase our second sofa from scs , was lucky to get the same sales person that sold our previous sofa 3 years ago (which is like new still and being passed down to my daughter) , he noticed that I was struggling to get up from some sofa's and suggest we sat on the lazy boy which was a dream to sit on and ended up changing our minds and purchasing a corner lazy boy. We will be soon be back to purchase one for our static caravan. We'll pleased with the service at the Bridgend store and would highly recommend them our friends

Ended up spending more than originally planned but you really need to read the small print . Bought from the indurance leather range and our sales person was a helpful guy called dave . Long wait for delivery over 3 months .so recommend you read everything and ask lots of questions regarding price and availability, delivery.

Very difference experience from previous purchases from ScS due to Covid19 but the staff made it as painless as they possibly could. Only complaint is that I was trying to compare two difference suites, one upstairs, one downstairs, and had to walk around the whole shop to get from one to the other instead of being able to retrace my steps. Honestly i didnt find anything I'd spnd money on myself but thats personal choice of colour theme I wanted. But the staff were helpful + NOT pushy so worth a visit. Better price range than the "competition" so worth looking at. Watch out for "offers" they have more than advertised!
