Called the Repair shop before Christmas as my dishwasher had packed up. They collected it within the hour and had it back running smoothly the next morning despite the busyness of Christmas. Then my mums fan oven failed last week and these guys again collected within an hour, repaired it and had it back the same day. Mums delighted. All meals on her now. Thank you all at the Repair Shop. Can't fault this excellent service.

Due to the Wife NOT listening, one door mat went into the machine. 2 x hours later, 567 bits of door mat emerged. Guess what? Machine was broken. We rung them at 8:38 this morning and they turned up within 45 minutes. No hassle. Took the machine away. Fixed the problem. PLUS replaced rubbers and seals and changed the filters. They then turned up at 2pm with a fully working machine. You cannot get this service anywhere else in the UK. I run my own business and wish I could get my staff to be this polite, this professional and this fast. Absolutely amazing. They don’t deserve 5 stars, they deserve 10. Thank you so much. From phoning to ask about repairing my washing machine to having it taken away, fixed and returned took about 3 hours - really quick, professional and reasonably priced. Also very careful with adhering to social distancing, wearing protective equipment and wiping down equipment including card machine. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Washing machine broke down on a Saturday, called them and they were here to collect within 20mins. Told me they would call Monday before 10am with a diagnosis. They called at 9am, told me the issues and price which I gave the go ahead for them to fix and the machine was back at my house and connected by 12pm. Absolutely amazing company! Washing machine broke Dec 30th. They picked it up the same day for a free estimate. They dropped it back today 31St Dec working. Really really good price and amazing service. They really understood that a busy house with no washing machine is a disaster and they did everything they could to fix it asap (bless they tried to get it back the same day even). I'm a customer for life. Cannot recommend them enough!

A bit expensive but quick and efficient. I called them to convert a French dishwasher to British standard hoses. Got the machine back with a hose that needed a bit of adapting, but they informed me of the price before fitting the parts.

The Repair Shop was the 3rd one I phoned in Bridgend BUT the ONLY one who had a shop and had what I wanted. Adverts are very misleading you would think all the adverts in the paper are from shops but there not, most work from there home or there car. This place is a large industrial unit full spares and machines and very professionally run. WILL USE AGAIN

I don't often give 5 star reviews but this is definitely one. after ringing tsr to explain what was wrong the washing machine was picked up within the hour free of charge. An inspection was carried out and I later received a call back with the problem and cost. it was returned by 9:30am the following morning exactly when then said they would. Not olny is this company quick to respond and punctual they where £80 cheaper than where Samsung had tried to recommended. It goes without saying I highly recommend this company
