Called in the morning, they arrived within a few hours. Very professional, they worked efficiently and fixed the problem very quickly, I was super impressed. Quick and easy. Many thanks! I have a washing machine that sounds as quiet as a Rolls Royce and works like it was brand new.

My washer dryer broke down and B&J visited me today, squeezing me in a few hours after my call. The problem was fixed swiftly and for half the cost of a previous call out I'd had from a competitor. Super friendly and knowledgeable, will use you again thank you

I used google to find this repair company. Two lovely, friendly guys came to fix my washer/dryer today. In under an hour it was fixed! They have a card machine which makes payment super easy, no faffing around and they were excellent value. Thanks so much!

Amazing service from Jeff and Bob today. They even turned up early. The wife is friendly and a great character on the phone. Fixed the problem and inserted a new pump. Compared to other places who would charge £68 for a call out etc I couldn't fault them. I would highly recommend these guys 10 out of 10. Polite, friendly and just got on with the job with very good fees. I highly recommend these people amongst everyone I've researched in Brighton and Hove. You won't be disappointed. Low charges and a excellent service! Definitely the best in Brighton and Hove.

Absolutely amazing guys! I called them late in the afternoon for a quote, I was called back the very same evening with a very reasonable priced quote. They arrived earlier than planned the next day and called just beforehand as I had asked them to!! They had to more or less strip the whole machine down to get to the part that needed replacement, very impressed with them as new machines don’t make it easy to swap parts out !! These guys are simply superb, good at what they know and are professional, courteous, reliable and will repair the part at a very good price with no fuss ! I don’t hesitate to give a positive review as my experience has been nothing short of brilliant, I will certainly use them again. I can’t thank you enough guys, keep up the great work !

I'm really happy with the service the team provided in fixing my washing machine. They were available next-day (probably would've come same-day had it been urgent), and arrived on time. They sorted out what was wrong, taking the time to test different components. They had everything they needed, and so had the machine fixed up and running better than ever in short order. I can't comment too much on value as I don't really know what the parts would cost elsewhere, but on labour alone I thought this was good value, particularly given the circumstances (lockdown). Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I never have written a review for installations and repairs but Jeff and Bob were amazing: prompt, professional, tidy, accurate and very reasonably priced. Tried many other companies in Brighton and none compare to B&J.

Our dryer needed a new drive belt. A mate had had a go and failed so the dryer came pre-dismantled(!!). These guys were not phased in the slightest. Jeff and his son turned up in black with black COVID masks and got straight down to work. It was solid team work (nurse, scalpel). An hour later it was back together and fixed and off they went. Ninjas, I tell you. I would definitely use again.

This family business is great! I called them and explained them the problem and they arranged to come next day. In the meantime i send them photos of the broken part and the replacement part was ordered in order to save time! They came when the part arrived and fitted, tested and put back my appliance. As this happened during covid period, they came in with all the safety measures to work (masks, gloves and contactles payment) very proffesional. I recomend them 100%

I needed a hero. My washing machine wasn't draining. I tried fixing it myself to no avail. I had no alternative but to seek help from the professionals. I was not left disappointed by B&J. They arrived on time masked up like a scene from Batman and Robin. Their true identities are still unknown to me to this day. No fussing about, straight to the machine. They started working on it in complete tandem and cohesion like a scene from shawshank redemption and The Great escape. 10 minutes of pure endeavor, they got the job done. A rascal sock in the drainage system was prized from the machine like a hatching T-Rex from the film Jurassic Park, directed by Steven Spielberg. They asked for money. I wanted to give them more for such a classy performance. They wouldn't have it. I couldn't believe my luck. Cheap and quick. A great value for my bucks. They came, the saw, they conquered. I will be using them again.

I arranged for my washing machine to be repaired, which was cutting out. Two engineers turned up exactly on time and got straight on with diagnosing and fixing the fault. Within 40mins they had cleared up, tested and explained the fault and were on their way. Very professional and good value.

These guys were brilliant in their attitude to solving my condenser dryer problem. They diagnosed it quickly but discovered that the cost of the part was so expensive that they were reluctant to order it. Instead they found another solution at a fifth of the price and overall saved me about 90 pounds on calling up one of the national firms and considerably more on calling Bosch themselves. Plus they were able to come when I asked them instead of waiting in all day for a Bosh engineer. Since my dryer is well out of warranty their improvised solution isn’t a problem as long as the dryer works and it seems to be. In some situations, go local is my advice. Both chaps (father and son?, I wasn’t sure) seemed determined to solve a problem rather than shake their heads and take sharp intakes of breath. Highly recommended.

Simply the best. Would give them a 10 start if I could. First class customer service and labour. Hugely recommended. Thank you

No nonsense, exceptionally good value service. Creatively sorted a temporary solution to a broken washing machine and saved our wash of expensive clothes. Thought we'd be taken for a ride as it happened just after Boxing day but no - THANK YOU BOYS! You saved the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Super efficient! Both my washing machine and tumble dryer broke down. I called on Tuesday and by Wednesday, both were fixed. Father and son came to repair a machine each and since they weren’t any spare parts I needed, (they found coins and a tiny bit of plastic which bloked it all), they only charged me for the call out.
