Very efficient service, got an appointment for the next day for a time that suited us, engineer called 20 minutes before to let us know that he is arriving. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, identified the blockage in the machine and removed it, then he put everything back together and tested that the machine worked. He was working cleanly and tidied up in the end. Would recommend 100%! Thank you!

We had a new kitchen installed by another company and they messed up the pipework behind the washing machine. Jarzys were excellent from the first phone call, they made an appointment at a time that suited me, the engineer was extremely nice knowledgeable and calm. He fixed it in short order and wrote me a receipt that I can now use to demand refund from the first company! Thanks so much.

Absolutely first class! Communication was thorough and clear from the start. I received a notification the day before confirming my appointment and Jarzy called 15 minutes before arriving to let us know he would be with us shortly. Excellent friendly service. Washing machine broke down the day before a bank holiday. Jarzy’s had it back up and running with a new motor by the following Wednesday, including ordering the new motor. Bosch had said it’d take them 10 days just to get someone out to take a look! Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the service overall, Jaegan wasn't immediately able to diagnose the specific problem but called and text me periodically over the next couple of days to help diagnose and get to the bottom of where the water was coming into the dishwasher from. He was then able to repair appropriately - no issue with the dishwasher since. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again professional service and reasonably priced.

Jarzy is fast, friendly and efficient. He came around same day on a Saturday to open a jammed washing machine door, I was very pleased I did not have to wait until after the weekend. He took the door with him to repair it and came back to screw it back on - job done in 5 mins! He informed me in advance what time he would arrive. He is a very friendly man who started his own business in lockdown - I was happy to support a local tradesman.

Jaedan who owns the company, came next day to look at my broken oven. The part was in a couple of days later and he came to fit it and now the oven works great! But the same day my washing machine broke!! When I text him that night to ask him to come back he said he would the next day. But after he called to find out more info he suggested I call the manufacturer as it might be cheaper if in warranty to go straight to Hoover. And he was right! He needn't have said this and could have simply charged me his regular prices. An honest and hardworking family business. I will recommend to anyone with a broken appliance.
