I love stepping into Zara Home ... Super chilled in there, and smells sooo good! I bought my replacement Dark Amber room diffuser. Really like this scent. 🤗

Lovely array of home ware. It’s a lovely aroma as you walk in. You try to buy the reed diffuser that you think is the one you can smell, but I think it is a mixture of all of them! Staff are helpful and friendly. Only strange thing is that cushions are sold without the filling.... you have to pay extra if you keep the filling. They seem to get new things in regularly and are quite helpful if you need to order something in.

Needs a bigger store really considering how many sections are cramped together. No room for pushchairs or disability motors. Beautiful service and beautiful items to buy. Not enough staff though. AND NO SEASIDE ITEMS!! People need more room to avoid knocking shelves/items off.

"I had a brilliant experience today at Zara, Churchill square, Brighton. I went not so positive as I know Zara does not offer a personal shopper and I have no sense of style. I've asked for help to a girl called Valentine and she went to her manager Pauline to see if she could spend some time with me to help me put an outfit together as I am size 18 and it is not easy. They both were so understanding of my needs and so honest and kind on their opinion that I was blown away. I left there with basically a new wardrobe. Even my husband was so happy to see me that he went back and did the same himself. I would be definitely be coming back and with their advice I now can put a nice outfit together myself. Thank you ❣️"

It is a trendy fashion shop with a lot of choices there. You can find everything you need for all your family members. The most important thing is the price is more reasonable than the high end fashion shops. You can also shop on line and collect at the shop. However, I think it is a pleasure to shop in the shop itself as you can try all the styles you want and touch/ feel the fabric of all the products.

Very disappointed to see same treatment from the staff every single time I shop here. Staff members push customers and treats them like air. Only reason why I'm giving 3 starts instead of 1 is that I've never had issues returning items. PLEASE OTHER REVIEW WRITERS: Check the t&c! Every single company has their own policy, every refund and exchange are made by company's gesture of good will as by the law they don't have to. Always remember that.

I've been in Zara in Italy, Naples. In Chicago where I used to live and in Brighton that I consider well assorted. I love perfume. Zara have a lot of amazing fragrance. I couldn't help it to buy almost the entire collection. I found it in this shop. I strongly recommend.

Love Zara & the Brighton shop is great. Its large enough to keep a huge amount of stock & there is always something new & the prices are good. It is so popular they could do with a few more changing rooms and tills as there is usually a queue to try on the clothes & purchase your items.

This particular shop let’s Zara down. Somehow the staff and their treatment of the clothes (roughly slinging the goods around as if they are worth nothing), and also the ambience of the shop doesn’t feel like a normal Zara in London. It doesn’t feel very fashionable despite being a Zara. It feels like a discount Zara - you need to visit to know what I mean. Zara - you need to get your regional manager to keep a closer eye on this store.
