We've wrongly ordered a small double mattress that we had collected in one of the stores in London, when moving to Bristol we realized it was the wrong size only once opened, we actually needed a double size. So when we went to the store in the Galleries to make a change, we were lucky to find Jill and the staff there that helped us through this process making it easy and they have been so kind to understand the situation and took it back. Thanks for your help.

Collection was available from the minute I ordered. Called CS to try to change the colour of the item as I had ordered the wrong one at the same price, but told that it would need to be refunded and then repurchased, but I didn't want to be without the money waiting for a refund, so it was suggested that I ask the store team. Popped down to the store, greeted with a smile, good social distancing etc. Asked about the situation with wanting a different colour and had somebody who I assume was a supervisor clearly, politely and totally non-confrontationally explain why I couldn't have that from their store, and what I could do to fix it. It was largely what the lady on the phone told me. No complaints, probably not worth a review but I just noticed that they've only had one since the latest Lockdown and it was at best a little unreasonable (you are 'doing something with your lives'). Grateful to have been able to count on the service!

It has a variety of different goods available across a wide range from A to Z. To fit all aspects of your lifestyle and homes or transport. Reasonable prices on most of the goods available. It has a delivery service for larger items see website for information and cost. I found that the staff were very helpful and friendly

As far as Argos stores go, this isn't bad. I find most the items I want in stock. Shame there are only 2 self service machines and usually not enough people on the till. During busy periods you will find yourself queuing to pay and waiting a while for your goods to arrive but it's perfectly located to have a wander in The Galleries.

Huge security breach - I went in to buy something on my Argos Card and the lady (Tracey) didn’t even check my signature or any kind of security questions once! Anybody could have picked up my card off the street if lost and just put a £339 iPad on it. Absolutely appalling. Clearly states on the back ‘Authorised Signature - Not Valid Unless Signed’ so would expect this to be checked. Otherwise decent service but long wait times in this branch.

Four primary reasons for coming here: the post office (long queues here), the crazy good value shop called Savers for e.g. toiletries and cheap bottled water; the cheap Big Breakfast at Butlers and the well maintained public toilets. Typical 90s shopping centre feel.

Good selection of shops here. Also the Post office is located here. Down stairs you can sometimes find a stall selling fruits and veggies at prices and of quality better than suppermarkets
