T.Staff could definitely be more friendly and help customers feel at ease, especially as it was my first time using Argos since the lock down and I wasn't entirely sure on how things would work. Staff did get my items to me promptly but I didn't like the overall atmosphere they created and won't be returning in a hurry.
P. R.We visited last Saturday and were served by a very personable man. I hadn't used Argos for ages as I hated their 'double queuing system' but they have removed the first queue by allowing us to order from the computer.

A. B.Picked up and item I had ordered from home and had to wait a bit, despite there only being one other customer in the store at the time and plenty of staff milling around. About a week or two after picking up my item I received another email telling my order was ready for collection. Concerned that they may have duplicated my order I called their customer services who said it was probably just an error - didn't seem to have any idea why I was receiving another email for the same order.
