Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable lady on the phone - after discussing the problem with my 20 year old washer I decided to buy a new one, specs and price discussion with more helpful input from her, ordered and installed within 2 days. Can't fault them.

Took my 17 year old Miele Cat and Dog Hoover in for repair. They had a good go at seeing whether it could be repaired, but unfortunately not, as the part was no longer available. They didn't charge for the labour despite me offering to pay. What a great little company. Nice to deal with, and very responsive.

Excellent service. We popped in with a broken vacuum cleaner, expecting to have to leave it for repair. Instead, the lady identified the fault within a moment (snapped wire hidden within extension cord) and set everything up for me to fix it myself. She didn't even want payment, and only accepted my token amount reluctantly. Another customer dropped in with a broken vacuum whilst I was there, and the lady had the part ready in stock and said she'd fix within 15 minutes. Very efficient, and honest, decent service. Thanks.

Went 9.30 yesterday with my vacuum that wouldn’t pick up properly. The lady there assured me it was just a blocked pipe but I had been unable to find the blockage. Picked it up 24 hours later cost £20 and it runs like a dream. Very helpful and knowledgable.

Very personal service. They've fixed our dishwasher which comes with a guarantee of works within the guarantee for the replacement part (in this case the heating element!). There was only a bit of a delay because the part they thought they had had been discarded. The only thing that could have been better was if we'd been told early on that there would be a delay with the part, as we had to chase for the information. Otherwise, all good.

Very knowledgeable staff. Arrived before twelve as promised. Very helpful and reasonably priced. Will use again.

Amazing, had a problem with my tumble dryer, called Avon Domestics and spoke with a lady, if i knew her name I'd name her because she was Amazing, mind full of knowledge, knew exactly what i was on about and had the parts in stock, I've saved the number and would recommend her anyone, just a shame they don't open Saturday morning's.
