Perfect. Quick response to the inquiry and a visit from Matt the engineer in just a few days. He fixed the problem swiftly and at a very reasonable price. Recommended 10/10

I stupidly forgot to turn off the ice machine in our fridge/freezer while away on holiday. Result, something froze up and the machine became completely blocked with ice. A helpful, polite engineer from Bristol Appliance Repairs came over, disassembled the main parts and showed me how to defrost the machine. I followed his advice, clearing the pipe and melting all the ice with a hair drier. It is now working again. Just the callout charge to pay. These people are easy to deal with, know what they are doing and are certainly worth calling when your white goods start playing up.

My experience with Bristol Appliance Repairs has been great. I manage properties and as you can imagine I am always in need of a good repair company. These guys are it! Matt who I spoke to and who completed my repairs was knowledgeable, polite, efficient with his fixes and flexible on repair times when needed. Charge for repairs were also reasonable. Ancient integrated dishwasher packed up. Initially thought about getting a new one. John Lewis quoted 5-6 weeks delivery time for the Bosch model that I wanted. Then I found Bristol Appliance Repairs on the net, with a view to getting it repaired. Their engineer, Matt, came round in no time at all. We discussed getting it repaired, but when he said he could get the Bosch machine that suited our requirements within the week at a good price. I decided to go for the new washer. Everything went as promised by Matt. His price included disposal of the old machine, installation of the new one, and disposal of all the packaging. Job was done efficiently and cleanly. My washing machine gave up Sunday, called Matt who came out Tuesday and gave me all options - to repair or replace. It was cheaper to buy a new machine which Matt sourced and fitted by the Thursday. Our Kenwood fridge freezer was making a noise, which got progressively worse. I phoned Bristol Appliance Repairs up at 8.30 am and by 11.30 the fan motor had been replaced by a very pleasant and competent engineer. Exceptional service, cannot praise enough.

We consulted Bristol Appiance Repairs for a leak in the connection between the washing machine and the water surce. Their engineener visited us and replaced the hose and resolved the matter. He had to pull the waschin machine out to let a small puddle of water to dry. The idea was that I would push the machine back in its normal position after the puddle had evaporated. With a bad hip-joint, I was unable to push the heavy machine back and asked Bristol Appliance Repairs if their engineer could reposition it.. The engineer visited us this morning (23 January 18) and moved the machine in its normal position and stablised it. The quality of service that I received from Bristol Appliance Repairs was excellent. I recommend them as a reliable company for the domestic appliance repairs. They are very efficient indeed.
