P. B.Easy to find - if you know where it is, although the staff in the main shop did give me a map. Large parking space so you can back right up and load in easily. Only issue is the staff in there can be picking a number of orders at the same time, so you don't know when yours will appear. At least they have their own brand chairs and sofas to sit on while you wait!
T. X.Met a really nice helpful worker ikea do not train or insure the warehouse staff so they are not really able to help you load large items which is no good for smaller women or pregnant women
M. S.They were very helpful, but it would be useful if they had a hire / delivery desk here for when, as was the case with me the item was too big for the car. This would save having to return to the store.
P.Three loading bays plus additional parking.
Great alternative if you don't wasn't to waste half of your day in store. They currently do free click and collect when you spend £100
C. M.Polite, quick and effective service. Easy to miss as no external signage, if you get lost can be troubling to find your way back (due to one ways and minor roads).
M. C.Very efficient. I turned up, gave them my order sheet, waited five minutes and then drove off with my stuff. The place was very quiet when I used it, I wonder if it's smooth sailing when it's busy?

D. L.Service was perfectly fine, although a little difficult to find as the roads were full of twists and turns. It was a little confusing at first as to why the customer collection point is a separate building to the main IKEA store, but staff were helpful explaining how to get there.
D. M.I went to collect my item on a Sunday. Of course, I turned up at the IKEA store, only to be told that I needed to go to another building. I found that building easily and parked, really easily, outside the collection point. Very, very quick service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. All together a good experience

L. D.Guy was rude who served me. Just kept looking blankly at me & wasn't all that helpful. Lady there was a gem, super polite! Odd system of where you have to drive though. The route it suggests you to take is basically the long way. As soon as you enter just turn right if you can otherwise you'll spend 3-5 minutes wondering which bloody way to turn or where it is 😅🤣

D. C.We were very surprised that on a Friday mid afternoon we didn't have to queue to collect our order. It was picked in about 10 minutes and there is a waiting room with chairs and chilled water. Felt very safe in this environment with hand sanitizer provided. Well done IKEA.
S. T.Don't follow the notices on the wall outside or on the directions from the main shop as you may be waiting a long time for that text to come through to tell you your stuff is ready for pick up!!
Once we walked in to see what was happening (after seeing other people just walk in), service was good, fast and straightforward. IKEA just need to do better with their instructions.

M. P.Really easy collection service. Order in the main store at the desk, take the printed bar code and pay at the tills. Then your order gets picked and you drive less than 5 mins to the collection warehouse. You stay in your car and get a txt when it is ready for collection. Then you can walk in and take it away to load up. Super easy and covid safe.

Very disappointed with the stance taken by staff towards the disabled customer with severely reduced mobility and physical ability
G. V.Long waiting time can be understood, if you order a big item (a couch or a massive bed), but smaller items should be received faster. Place to sit down and water available, other than that there is nothing more there. Great service.
A. O.The layout from the parking through to the store is sensible. Unfortunately it doesn't take into consideration the small minority who think they are far more important than anyone else. This then does create a parking and loading issue especially when they have abandoned their vehicles in the loading bay. In turn this doesn't help the individuals who need to use the loading bays. Two ladies were pregnant and had some way to travel with heavy boxes.

P.Always fast and efficient but just a nause to have to derive so far away from the main IKEA shop where the order was placed and ordered.
It would be better if you could order in the collection point as well.

C. S.5 stars as for a collection bay it was great. Tv, vendy machine and comfy chairs to hang around in. Can't complain. Because I was collecting I also didn't have to wait in the massive Ikea queues as I paid for my stuff in the kitchen section of the shop

L. N.It's Ikea, easy to get lost in if you don't know your way around the building. On the plus side if you do get lost in the store you normally find yourself back at the food court, so just grab some meatballs and get back out there. Ikea Family members also get free coffee most of the time, so that's also a plus.
J. S.Kinda bias view because I work here, but all staff work hard, we try to get items out to customers as quick as possible. Traffic does get blocked around the Eastgate area.
