This is the second time we’ve used Nick. Last time washing machine issues, this a fridge replacement. Excellent service both times, there were no problems, only solutions.! Thoroughly recommend.

I have used Reliable Repairs a few times over the years and Nick has always been great. The service is both professional and is reasonably priced. I really thought my washing machine was on its way out this time but Nick managed to sort it out and and has given it a new lease of life. So grateful that I don’t have to spend loads on a brand new one yet 👍.

I can't rate them highly enough. Nick was really helpful in coming out to repair our bosch washing machine. Done and dusted in two days from first call to waving him good bye. Very cost efficient. Highly recommended. Fyi: Bosch themselves were working on a five week turnaround!!!

Brilliant friendly service at an affordable price. Nick called out to look at my broken washing machine, had a major fault. Explained my options clearly and that he could try and fix, but it may be costly. I needed a washing machine urgently, so he offered to get me one and within 2 hours, brand new machine, at a great price up and running. Thank you will definitely use again and recommend to all.

I recieved fantastic service from Reliable Repairs this week. My washing machine was fully loaded, when I discovered it wasn't spinning. I phoned RR as they where advertised in my local paper. They had a cancellation, and Nick arrived within the hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Less than 2 hrs after my initial phone call, my machine was up and running. I would recommend Nick from RR as he was friendly, efficient and very mindful about leaving everything clean and tidy. I also liked the fact that Nick was very transparent, regarding replacement parts, and labour charges.

Our Neff integrated dishwasher was tripping the main circuit breaker every time it was switched on. Nick found and resolved the problem very efficiently the morning after I spoke to him. Reliable Repairs’ service is second to none! Highly recommended. Several years later their service was once again first rate, stopping at nothing while diagnosing and fixing a problem with our washing machine. (It turned out to be a shredded sock caught between the inner and outer drums.)

When our dishwasher broke and we needed a new one, Nick was helpful, fair, informative and reliable. Our new dishwasher came really quickly and was also fitted quickly yet professionally as he wouldn't leave the job until the integrated dishwasher fitted perfectly and it proved itself to be working. He showed me how the dishwasher worked thoroughly and also how to set up the 5 year guarantee that comes with it. I am more than happy with the service he provided and would recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance repairing or replacing. He even went the extra mile to fix a piece of kitchen unit that had been loose for a while without complaining or asking for more money. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Nick came out to remove a wire that had become trapped in the drum of my washing machine. It was lodge in and wouldn't budge; he persevered. Even though it took him much longer than anticipated, he still only charged me his original quote. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable and is highly recommended.
