S. S.Always has friendly, knowledgeable staff. The stores are able to reserve items they have in stock for pick-up and the prices are generally hard to beat. Picked up a set of desk speakers on an amazing Black Friday deal after reserving on the phone and have previously bought other amps and hifi separates.

N.What a wonderful customer experience. A big shout out to Stephen. We had our demo testing different systems on 12/11. And not being an expert in this field, very limited knowledge, Stephen was very patient with all my questions. He comes across friendly, yet professional, his knowledge in this domain was impressive. Related to my very basic questions as well. Recommend this store if you want to buy a sound system but you’re not sure what you getting into.

J. B.I've purchased products from Richer Sounds in Bristol 3 times now, on my 4th time I unfortunately purchased bookshelf speakers that didn't quite perform as I wanted.
I was initially nervous taking them back to be returned - the staff gave me ample opportunity to test the speakers letting me play my own music by myself, however upon turning up to the store the staff were absolutely brilliant.
Every single experience I've had - purchasing televisions and speakers, has been professional, friendly and genuine. They really do make you feel like they have your best interests at heart - trying to find you the best products that suite you, all without any pressure.
If I had to summarise every experience, I'd say the staff are "the kingsmen of salesmen" - manners maketh Richer Sounds ha, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine.
Will 100% be going back to purchase surround sound equipment.
Honestly couldn't ask for anything more, both me and the wife walked away today thoroughly impressed.

Their prices were keen but better than that, their advice was absolutely golden. Their prices are still acceptable (for instance they are aligned to John Lewis) but the quality of the advice has fallen behind. I don't expect to visit them again.

Listened to my budget well, and didn't try and up sell products i couldn't afford. After spending a couple of hours in the store, a good package was put together, with a bulk order discount to ensure i had competitive pricing.

I am pleased I listened to his advice as, though I spent a bit more, I got much better value and a more suitable product. A. G.Brought my TV just over a year ago from Richer Sounds (RS) based on advice from a family friend who had been using them for years. Sadly I noticed a black line going across the screen yesterday and called them today to discuss my options. Within a few hours, I had had confirmation from the maker that this wasn't a repairable item and they sent word to RS, who contacted me shortly after to arrange a replacement at no cost to myself. Dave was amazingly helpful and whilst you hope you never need to use it, I can safely say that their 6 year warranty is the real deal!

I love this British brand that is Richer Sounds. Most of us have grown up knowing visiting their stores meant an upgrade for the fam. Never been let down and they seem like they'd quickly correct any problems if there ever were any.

D.Admittedly I knew exactly which TV I wanted, which is half of the job, but the other half is arguably just as important - I called through to a polite and friendly guy called 'Steve', who agreed to price match a deal I'd found elsewhere after confirming its' authenticity. The entire process was painless and swift, Steve was great and so was the delivery company (BJS), can't recommend them highly enough and I'll definitely be back in future!

In fact one sub I did buy was a passive which insisted on making an annoying click each time it turned off or on (when watching movies). There wasn't anything technically wrong with it, but was allowed a refund. I was so impressed I said I was happy to buy a different sub which was another £50 on top of the original (this time active) which lasted another 5 years or so. I do hammer my speakers, so very impressed. All the staff are always very helpful too, hence my loyalty to Richer Sounds. Yesterday I reported a fault with my old record deck which was not even bought from Richer Sounds and they asked me to bring my record deck and pre-amp into the store today. Staff spent an hour trying to establish the cause of the fault. In the end we decided there was a problem with the deck and I was more than happy to purchase a new deck from them. Excellent customer service!

So you go back as you have seen items priced down but when you do you.re told it might keep going down so do they give you a refund or do they hope you get fed up with waiting or forget.

H.James (Installation Manager) ably assisted by Russell (AM) who was let out of the shop for the day to ensure they could meet their deadlines) did an exceptional job in concealing all of the cabling whist fitting our flat screen TV. Due to the nature of our house it was quite a complicated and time consuming to conceal all of the cables and we were delighted with the job as it has really transformed our room and would have no hesitation in recommending James for any installations. The invoice was even less than quoted (a first that I have experienced) as James was able to re-use one of our existing cables.

A little disappointing the amount of dust over the displayed equipment.Both n the shop and the window front . But that said the staff were friendly and helpful. And prices seem reasonable and competitive. Outside parking if your lucky and costs £1 per on the meter.

There were problems with the description of the TV on the website (didn't have PVR as adverised) and a lot of hand and fingerprints on screen on delivery, but they were quick to offer a replacement and I was very pleased with the result.

C. P.Once again another successful shopping trip at Richer Sounds in Bristol. Special thanks to James who really pushed the boat whilst demonstrating a selection of speakers. I must say I am 100% happy with the Dali Opticon speakers I chose and the amp James recommended. A nice piece of kit which sounds superb now installed at home. The addition of a Rel Sub makes listening to all types of music an absolute pleasure.
Richer Sounds has consistently been my Hifi shop of preference since my first purchase back in 1979 at London Bridge store. No nonsense advice with no pressure to spend big bucks unless of course you really want to.

Only problem was first amp I had had a low (to medium!) mechanical buzz from the case. Richer Sounds immediately changed for new amp which is superb. Running very nicely now...
P. C.Great audio visual shop, it was a bit disappointing when we recently bought our tv and got it set up , turned it on, the screen had a hairline crack. Had to wait a week for replacement but that's ok.
