It is not enough to thank member of staff in Cardiff , and told him about item in sale on website but not in store , after he checked for me he agreed to sale me that item in discount and reserve it for me , I don’t know the guy name , but he is very professional , with good knowledge , fast enough on phone , no hustle to get my item , thanks for excellent customer service ever

Nice home wear outlet shop on the outskirts of Cardiff. Perfect for a peruse on a Saturday when wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Decent little cafe as you enter on the right hand side. Service was a little slow, but I was in no rush. Had my 9month old daughter with me so appreciated the highchairs and clean baby changing room. Had a good look around with my sister and we both purchased some nice throw cushions and nik naks. She later purchased a mattress online as it wasn't available in store and I'm very tempted by a lovely cocktail chair I saw.

Great homeware at great prices. If you're looking for curtains always check the clearance section at the back of the store , there are some brilliant bargains there, sizes are a bit hit and miss but amazing offers. Everything else is great value and the store is full to the brim with great household goods

Visited today to.collect an online order. Unfortunately some of my items had been smashed during delivery to the store, but the very helpful store assistant was able to find replacements from within the store and my order was completed.

Nice store on Newport rd, with a large variety of home bedding, curtains, kitchen goods and more. The store has a cafe and toilets, which is convenient. The negatives i must point out are, After making an click and collect order online, once a confirmation is sent that items are ready, it is expected the order to be packed, ready to collect and leave, making the process quick and convenient(the whole point of c&c), but only recently i went to the tills to collect my order, the staff member arrived with a plastic clear tub with my ordered plates and tea set, unwrapped and unpacked, the member then handed them to me one by one, i had to ask for them to be wrapped and bagged, what an odd experience. While shopping in-store, there is often a lack a staff to help with information on products and required stock.

Wow, who knew there were so many different variations of velcro?!! Staff were great and we got what we needed - can't ask for more! They have a new entrance being sorted too, be interested to see what the finished look will be...

Expensive at times bought 24 pegs and didn't realise was a tenner! (30 locally 1.50!) Roller blind brackets rubbish quality but quite cheap for blackout blinds
