EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... Doug was efficient, friendly, professional and would highly recommend him. I managed to get an appointment the same day and Doug fixed my dishwasher within the hour. He diagnosed the issue even before arriving! He arrived when he said he would - reliable! He had lots of knowledge and I felt I wasn't being ripped off. Thank you Doug for the service you gave and appreciate your time.

Doug was incredibly helpful and responsive; helped me to source a new dishwasher when it was clear mine was a lost cause and didn't charge for the hours it took to diagnose my old machine. He then collected, delivered and installed the new dishwasher and disposed of the old one for a very modest fee. Excellent communication, professional and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.
