I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Such a fantastic service, no hassle, or faff! I had an engineer knocking on my front door within 2 hours of initially reaching out to them, with the fault identified within a matter of minutes, parts ordered and fitted within the space of two working days!

We would never go anywhere else! If we ever have any problem with any appliance, we always call GS Oven Cleaning straight away, as we know they will solve the problem for us. Grant is always extremely helpful, friendly, responsive and trustworthy. I know that if an appliance can be repaired, Grant will solve the problem for us, as quickly and as cheaply as possible. On occasion, when an appliance has been past repair, he has managed to source a replacement for us, remove the old appliance and install the new one. Oven cleaning is also exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed. - their service is second to none!

My integrated washing machine recently went wrong. It started making a banging noise, my insurance gave me nothing except a 3 week wait which wasn't possible for anyone to wait. I decided to call G S Appliances and Grant was here within a few minutes. He had been to 2 jobs the same that morning with Hotpoint machines. He told me how to make the machine last longer and explained why it had gone wrong. By the end of the weekend I had prices and 4 machines to choose from. Within 4 days I had a new machine installed, the old one gone and waiting for adjustments made to my cupboard door. I couldn't recommend GS Appliances high enough. They are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced.

He was very professional with regards to how he conducted himself throughout the cleaning of the oven and when finished the oven looked as good as new. Also Grant informed me before and after that the oven cleaning products he uses are eco-friendly so doesn’t produce any chemicals and that the oven can be used straight after he has finished.
