Wayne is great, quick response and no issue is a problem for him. Always professional and friendly. Bought washing machine through him last year, he gave great advice and was open and honest. Wayne always responds straight away and has often talked me through fixing a problem on the telephone (quite a few times it has been a human error!) without even having to visit. Wayne was brilliant. Turned up when he said he would. Gave excellent advice and gave a great service cleaning and fixing our washer dryer. Turns out we'd been sold a dud secondhand washer/dryer with a blocked dryer and shaky drum. He fixed the dryer and quoted for repairing our drum suspension, but advised us that it may not be worth it on an older machine. We decided to take his advice. He was also really friendly...putting up with constant questions from our kids who watched him the whole time:-) All in all I would thoroughly recommend him. He looks after his customers really well and is clearly very knowledgeable.

I’ve used Washercare for the last 15yrs when any of our appliances have failed. Wayne is friendly,helpful, knowledgeable and always gets the job done professionally and inexpensively. Yesterday I called, as our dishwasher was broken ( Christmas week!). He was out to us in a matter of hours and sorted it for us. He also had a look at my washing machine that’d been slightly leaking, and told me how to fix it myself easily. I did so, in 5 minutes. This was much appreciated as some would have tweaked a simple thing and then charged the customer a fortune. Thank you Wayne, once again, for your fantastic service and saving us from a sink full of dishes on Christmas Day!!!!

Excellent efficient Service. Replaced an integrated washing machine which wasn't a straightforward job. It involved having to first remove the dishwasher and bury the hot & cold pipes in the wall but the whole job was handled in a very professional and timely manner (removed and replaced the next day) I would heartily recommend this company & they will always be my first point of call in the future

Absolutely brilliant service, cannot fault it! Wayne works swiftly, making sure everything is fitted and working, (looks like the people who fitted the kitchen and the original integrated dishwasher did a bodge job), Wayne was able to offer a normal dishwasher ( rather than an integrated one) in then same colour as my washing machine, saving me money and actually looking better in my kitchen than the integrated one!

I contacted washercare yesterday mid morning as my washing mashing was not working. Less than 24 hours later Wayne has been out, assessed my original washing machine as not worth repairing (bearings gone), arranged a like for like replacement, delivered, plumbed in and removed my defunct one. My first load is now washing. He even cleaned the nasty mess that was under my old machine. The price was more than fair beating all the big online competitors such as Curry’s/ AOL etc… highly recommended!

Washercare arrived when they said they would so we were off to a good start. They inspected the NEFF grill/top oven temperature control switch, which was not recessing or controlling correctly, and managed to extract it from it's housing. It did not appear broken and was re-inserted, now re-orientated correctly so it would now recess, and found to work seemingly correctly. As he had only been here ~10 minutes total, and had not had to fit new parts NO CHARGE! Brilliant job. Even if it does not work and we need to call out again would definitely recommend.
