From our first visit to the showroom, to the final installation of our new fireplace, the service we've received from everyone at Fireplace Studio has been second to none. We went in not really knowing what we wanted and Chris was brilliant in taking us through all the options, being completely open and honest about the likely costs and what would be possible in our fireplace before leaving us to look around and we went away to have a think about it all. There were absolutely no pressure sales tactics whatsoever, Chris just provided friendly and helpful guidance to make sure we had all the information we needed. After deciding what we did want, and following a free, no-obligation survey of our existing chimney breast we returned to the showroom and again Chris was fantastic in making sure everything about our order was right, and costs of everything made crystal clear throughout. The amount quoted was exactly the amount we paid. James and his colleagues in the fitting team were brilliant, arriving when they said they would and having complete respect for our home. They worked diligently through all the time they were here. Anywhere they needed to be was covered with sheets and fans were used by them to make sure any dust went straight outside. They really do a top class job. Overall, we're so pleased with our new fireplace and the way everything was handled from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend the team to anyone looking for a fire. Thanks again!

We had a fireplace installed just over a week ago and I want to thank everyone involved as we are delighted with the results. Christopher in sales did an excellent job explaining the benefits of different fires and giving us confidence that we had chosen the best one for our room. We would like to pass on our thanks to James and the others who helped him with a tricky installation. I would recommend James to anyone. He is exceptionally skilled and a very committed and hard worker. Equally important, he is a problem solver. There were issues with the hearth and somehow he managed to resolve these. The alternative would have meant many weeks delay as the fire surround went back to the manufacturers. I also would like you to thank Bobby, who without exaggeration has to be the best plasterer I have ever come across. I have never known a plasterer produce a wall so smooth that you could paint over it and see no joining lines. Moreover he left the edges, around windows and skirting boards completely free from plaster. A real craftsman. A very big thank you from us both to your whole team. We are so grateful and wish everyone continuing success.

Wonderful choice in the showroom, no pressure sales, excellent advice when required. Super fitting team made an exceptional job of the fire and stone fireplace we chose. Fitter was not happy with the look of the mantle when fitting, made all the arrangements to have it changed, came back and fitted it once altered in super quick time. Absolutely brilliant attention and service from our preliminary visit to final installation. The staff we dealt with were welcoming, friendly and helpful as we didn’t really know what we wanted. As promised, Adrian the fitter rang at the appointed time and arranged his initial visit, which again took place punctually. We immediately felt comfortable with his explanation of the process and were confident that he would do an excellent job. Fitting day duly arrived, Adrian rang to say he would be slightly delayed, someone had driven into his van! He immediately set to work, covering carpets and furniture for protection whilst working and did a superb job. All done in a little over two hours. Fantastic service, thanks to all.

Very friendly informative staff. Helpful without being pushy.We were unsure whether the fireplace would fit and a fitter came out promptly to check. The same fitter installed the fire giving us a full explanation as to how the fire functioned, took the old fire away and was very tidy. On paying the balance we were told that if we had any problems in the future to contact the Studio. An excellent service from start to finish. We would wholeheartedly recommend Fireplace Studio.

Top Quality products & customer service! From the first day we walked in the showroom & met Chris & Emma to the day James & Jordan turned up at our home to fit our new fire & surround we have received excellent customer service! They have helped us every step of the way! Nothing was too much trouble! I only needed to pick up the phone & they were there to help & advise! James in particular was always on hand to advise prior to the install ensuring we had prepared the chimney stack in readiness for their arrival. There was some issues on the day of install with the fabrication & finish of the limestone fireplace! But instead of trying to ‘fob us off’ they immediately recognised & accepted the mistakes! Unbelievably they sent one of their craftsman out to site, Chris Ward, who again was excellent! He worked with James & Jordan tirelessly all day to ensure the finished product was finished to our entire satisfaction! The finished product is incredible - I can’t stop looking it! Can’t recommend these guys enough!!👍

we had a new fire fitted yesterday and the fire is lovely but I was mostly impressed with the fitter Adrian that got to my house even though the road was closed he could have quite easily cancelled, he did a great job no mess, cleaned up after himself can't fault this shop and service. Delighted with the service from Fireplace Studio. We wandered in one morning, explained what we were looking for, and were shown a range of products that would work for us with explanation of differences and price points. We then very quickly had a site survey (and no cost or obligation) to find out which of the products that we were interested in would work for us. The survey showed that the dimensions of our fireplace meant that there were some specific requirements for the surround to fit. Fireplace Studio worked with Chesney to get us the surround that we really wanted, kept us informed of the delivery time for it, and provided a fantastic fitting service (expert fitting, clean working, delivering exactly what we'd agreed). Absolutely delighted, and could not recommend more highly. Thank you!

Fireplace Studio fitted a complete new fireplace and Opti myst fire in 2016 and did a first rate job. The fire recently developed a fault out of warranty, Fireplace Studio did not hesitate to help when I told them about the issue, it was fixed the same day and without charge. That level of customer service is hard to find these days, as such I can highly recommend this company.

Great place wouldn't go anywhere else ,had our fire fitted 18 months ago turned up promptly cleared up after them..then the other day we had a problem with it...they came out, looked at it and because they couldn't replace it straight away they loaned us one until our replacement came... brilliant service yet again ,kept in touch via texts keeping us posted and changed the fire no problem where do yiu get a service like that these day's
