Easy to Book. And I received conformation via text with a time slot. I had A tel call prior, to appointment. He explained what was wrong and showed me on machine. Gave me an price for repair. Brilliant Service. And 1 year guarantee on parts used.

Asked for recommendations for someone to look at my washer after a terrible noise akin to someone throwing a spanner in the works, Jay of GKS was recommended extensively so I rang and spoke to Sara (very nice helpful lady) Jay called early evening on his way home and sorted out the problem for me. 5* service, reviews a little late. Used twice now, was on holiday this time round but retuned my call within 3 days came out the next day unfortunately not worth repairing therefore new washer delivered and fitted the following morning at a very good price. Would highly recommend.

The hinges on my very expensive and very old cooker broke. Despite contacting local and national suppliers I couldn’t find compatible replacements this was because my cooker didn’t have an ID number on. GSK came out within 2 hours of being called, confirmed my cooker didn’t have an ID number (pulling it out and checking everywhere). Then spent 40 minutes online trying to find the matching part by eye. He then did a temporary repair on the hinges in case the hinges ordered weren’t correct. At this stage he was my last chance as I was looking at scrapping my cooker as all avenues had been explored. The temporary repair including call out was only £20 (competitors were quoting £69 for call out alone). Very sad when you consider we are encouraged to recycle. When the hinges arrived GSK came again to fit with 2 hours of being called, the hinges successfully fitted and I was only charged £45. I like this company for so many reasons, they are efficient, cheap, helpful, work is of a high standard and they support recycling. I can’t add enough starts and praise them highly enough.

5 * Service. Just had a dishwasher fitted (as my old one could not be repaired) in the timescale given. The price was very good and cheaper than a well known company. The engineer arrived at the time stated and was brilliant and the whole service from start to finish was a very very good experience. My washer broke down so I telephoned gks. Someone came out that same day but the washer had completely broke down.They offered me a brand new Hotpoint which was delivered and installed a few days later. My old washer was even taken away. A fantastic service.

I've used GKS for my dish washer and washing machine. They did and amazing job repairing my dish washer but when my washing machine needed fixing unfortunately it was beyond repair. Luckily they managed to fine me a brand new large capacity hotpoint and has been perfect from day one. Thanks Jay for all your help and I will be sure to recommend you to all my friends.

Fantastic service, very helpful, and what a pleasure dealing with a family business. I wanted my washer repaired new bearings but the price was equivalent to that of a new machine, what a waste . So I decided to purchase a new machine I said that I had seen one, gave them the number but they came back to me with a newer model number , the number I had was from old stock. So I looked at this model number in other stores and it was a lot dearer than they were selling it for. So I rang up on the Thursday to order, Tuesday morning it was delivered, great thanks again for your help, highly recommended.

100% recommend this company. Phoned them for advice regarding my built in oven that had stopped working. Very friendly female named Sarah explained she would ring me straight back with appointment times. However, within 5 mins, she phoned me back and offered advice on how I could hopefully rectify the issue myself and to ring her back within the hour if it still didnt work. Followed her instructions and within 1 hour my oven was back working to full capacity. Absolutely no charge for the advice! So refreshing to not be ripped off by a company!! The best company by far to call if you have any issues my washing machine was rumbling i replaced bearings door seal dampers myself as they were bad and it was vibrating beyond belief 2 children and myself and misses both working we cant be without it the young gentleman came out very very proffesional and very knowledgeable about the machine and in fact in the end it was the door seal I fitted upside down (MY FAULT) i was about ready to scrap the machine he has saved my family a fortune on a new washing machine Now we have a perfect machine that will go another 5 years Couldnt be happier 5*
