Washer blew up on Friday. Searched net and found this place. Same price as some other firms But Kenberne offered free delivery and free recycling of old washer. No other firm offered these services for free. Delivered on Monday by 2 very polite gentlemen who totally respected our property and very condiderate of our age. Absolute value for money and highly recommended. Remember the name.

We were without a Fridge freezer for 3 days and today is New years Eve. We went today to Kenberne. Got a fantastic deal with really helpful staff. We even got delivery today, within 90 minutes. I cannot praise the delivery staff enough either. Forget other large appliance stores. Shop here. You won't regret it.

Went above and beyond to replace my cooker. Within 24hrs we had nonworking cooker out and the new cooker in place with the assistance of the boss himself and there qualified and friendly electrician plus the lady in the shop who organised it all. Can't thank you enough everyone.

Bought a new washer, only drawback was I had to wait 6 days for the delivery. Worth the wait though! Paid £229 which included delivery, fitting and recycling of old washer, bargain! The guys who delivered and fitted were great, he took great care not to damage my lino and waited a few mins to let me clean the area before fitting new washer 🙂 Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Called in as was nearby to look at cookers as we are in market for new one. Help full lady explained differences between cookers and also between makes. Prices were very similar to the big retailers and online shops. Really helped us in the start of working out what we want.

Quite a good range of white goods for a local company. Didn't have what I wanted but they tried their best for a specific item.

Can recommend highly after a well known retailers lets us down big time we called in here to order a cooker great service The cooker was delivered mid week , but when the electrician came to install it it was not compatabile with our electric source, we got in contact with the shop and a lady called Denise was so helpful we got the cooker swapped within 2 days. All the deliverty men were so helpful. We will be using this shop again and recommending it to everyone. One of the best in town and they have something that a lot of the bigger chain stores can't compete with; spare parts and knowledgable staff. Prices are very competetive, sometimes cheaper than the internet. They have so many spare parts such as bulbs, belts, switches etc as well as all the big stuff like range cookers, washing machines, fridge freezers, microwaves, hoovers.... I'm sure there's more but I forgot. Anything they don't stock they can order in quickly. I highly recommend this place!
