A great store for the discerning shoppers looking for a bargain. As a retail store, you get the M & S quality at a great price. The staff are friendly and the Covid protocols make it a safe place to shop. Unfortunately, the men's section is rather small and has recently been overun by baby clothes. This store would benefit from selling some M&S food.

I use the outlet store on a regular basis, in fact that regular I know all the staff. I have to say, wish all M and S staff was as helpful and friendly as that store. They can't do enough and go out of their way to make it a pleasant visit. Also a friendly smile and laugh to those who need it and those who don't, then they return as its the customer service they don't encounter in other stores. Well done Marks and Spencer for having some of the best staff in the town and all in this store. You don't get this in the main store at Doncaster I can assure you.

This store is mainly clothes but has a small selection of seasonal bits like wrapping and cards at Christmas. The parking is free and the discounts are normally quite good. Friendly staff too which is always nice :)

Choice of goods is mediocre at best, and the quality seems to be not much better than Primark but at a higher cost. M&S need to make up their minds what market they're targeting, and whichever it is, they need to take a long hard look at quality and pricing.

A reasonable example of an outlet offering end of line clothing at a reasonable discounted price. Tailoring expectations if you're of medium build will limit your disappointment at the lack of sizes available. The "made for outlet" is inherently cheap in price and quality so no bargains there. Shop wisely for a true bargain.

Great discounts but sometimes not many smaller sizes available, especially when I visited in November this year (2018). I couldn't find many sized 8 clothes or 32B bras at all, especially jumpers.

Mens department getting smaller and smaller, it's the old adage, if you don't buy clothes we won't stock them versus I don't buy clothes because you've hardly got any.

Nicely presented store but I always feel that as an outlet the prices should be cheaper and I was surprised to see some items made especially for the outlet shop. I didn't buy anything so didn't have any dealings with the staff but am sure they will be up to the usual m and s standard.

I find it a bit to small I have electric mobility trolly and can not get round with ease as I find it has to many rails so to much stock makes the shopping exsperiance very clostifobic And untidy as all the cloths tend to fall onto the floor when people walk by if it was spaced out better I would shop there more often

Staff are always fine, I was disappointed with the lack of selection of menswear but this has been happening gradually over a few years now, not one pair of trousers with turnups, sadly M& S don't cater for older guys like me anymore, similarly jackets, far too much trendy styles for the young, maybe there's the answer in that too much is for the young and consequently it's not selling very well and so has to be jobbed off?. and the fact that a corner of the men's section had been taken over by clearance of women's wear, It simply looked messy to me and out of place.PS, I've been an M&S customer for decades but it seems to me that the buying department don't cater for me any longer, and I doubt I,m a lone voice. This is the M+S outlet so always good offers, staff are good at this store, free large parking and all the other benefits of an outlet, places to eat , cash machines, toilets and of course lots of other shops to look round 😀
