I’m posting on behalf of Mr and Mrs Buck. They went into store 19/01/22 and Sarah was the assistant we spoke to and the service was excellent. We have found all the staff in Wheatley hall road extremely helpful. Thank you for making shopping a pleasure to come to especially in this next store.

Got to say NEXT Wheatley hall road Staff are so very friendly Costa coffee shop Angie Vicky Amelia fantastic service with a Beautiful smile staff in next polite always with a smile special Thankyou to Kerry very helpful young lady always a pleasure to visit this store the place is so clean you could eat your Dinner of the shop floor toilet area is kept to a very high standard I recommend anyone to visit this store you will not be disappointed well done to you all.

Quite a big shop with lovely items. Some are a bitnoricey but others are reasonable. It all depends on what you're looking for. Have a large clothing section here on one side of the shop and lots of household items everywhere else. You'll find bedroom furniture/bedding upstairs and there are customer toilets in the far corner of the bedding section. There's also a big customer lift available. Also upstairs is a Costa Coffee which is handy!

Great Next Experience with a Costa also great stock,but more XXLmenswear stock please,not all customers are slim or skinny, which is always the stock left in the Sale,I'm not fat by any means

I mostly use this store to pick up collections from an online shop. Its well laid out and never too busy. Friendly staff and great coffee in the coffee shop :)
