Generic products are excellent great value for money and good quality. Have bought from this company a few times so would definitely recommend.
S. P.Easy to order and arrived on time (asap due to postal strike). As described works straight out of the box with batteries (not supplied). This is the second one I've had - the first one failed after 2 years use, so I'm hoping this will last longer. Easy to use it as an alternative to the official Panasonic remote with just a few different button functions.

Yes, it feels a little cheaper and lighter than the original, and some of the buttons are in a different place but it works well and at a little over half the price of the Humax branded one, you can't go wrong. Good communication and free quick delivery from the company too. Highly recommended.
