Amazing range of sofas available brand new for a fraction price the sofa we bought was still for sale at sfs for over double the amount they asked. Paula ( think she better suited the name Pauline 😜) was so helpful and understanding of our needs and circumstances. Nothing was too much for her and she gave us honest and open advice on what would be are best options. Never felt so welcomed and relaxed in a store she made the whole experience fantastic the delivery was quick and the price is again a fraction from the other shops they even offer as a small extra to take your old sofa away and recycle it which is amazing and saved me the stress and hassle on the day! I would never shop anywhere else for a sofa thanks so much never been as happy to spend money! 😊

Had a wonderful experience with Sofa Giant from start to finish! Managed to find the sofa that I wanted to purchase from Sofology in their warehouse and save myself hundreds of pounds. Each time I called to enquire about the sofa (colour, delivery cost etc.) the staff member (forgot to note her name 😓) was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Online purchase was straightforward and delivery arranged in weeks rather than months. Delivery team were great too and ensured the electric recliners were set up and functioning before they left. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing, from choosing the sofa through to the delivery guys. We were left alone with no pushy sales staff, but Paula let us know where she was if we needed anything. We found the exact same sofa we were about to buy from 1 of the large retail companies ( am I allowed to say scs?) Here, it was £600 cheaper with immediate delivery. Ordered Monday, delivered Tues! Brilliant sofa shop you can literally save money. I bought 2 sofas and was almost £2000 cheaper than scs or dfs or any of the high Street brand furniture sellers. Also I bought yesterday and I got delivery tomorrow Brilliant friendly service

Thank you so much for our beautiful sofa. This place sells branded sofas at lower prices. They have a huge warehouse, the lady there was really friendly. We saved £1200. And they actually have their sofas in stock. It was exactly the model we wanted, that we had seen in a retail park store, delivered in 4 days from sofa giant vs 16 weeks from the retail store. The sofa is brand new, unmarked and immaculate. And the delivery team was exceptional, they worked really hard to get the sofa in. Big thank you to the lady in the showroom and the delivery team. We truly appreciate it.

Purchased our new sofa via eBay store so didn’t actually see it, only the photos. The contact regarding delivery was very efficient. They actually wanted to deliver it quicker than we could arrange time off. New suite arrived Weds 9th Parker Knoll and couldn’t be happier. It is really comfortable as we were hoping. The delivery guys were fabulous never seen furniture move through doorways so quickly!

After getting the worst service from a local furniture store we gave Sofa Giant a try… as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by the most friendly lady who also has the best banter, we spotted what we wanted from the door… I pointed… she commented on my pose we all had a laugh. She didn’t pester or push us she just told us where she was if we needed anything at all…. We loved the sofa…. Delivery was really quick and she even tried to get it delivered the same day for us… this will always be the first shop we visit in future and we can’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you!

Tirelessly helpful, informative, hard-working and really nice lads to boot. We bought furniture from them in 2016 - recently one of the recliner settee switches failed and they couldn't have been better about finding a replacement and posting it on. Superb. If only all retailers were like this!

Can’t fault Sofa Giant. We spent two consecutive weekends trawling round overpriced sofa shops getting followed round stores listening to awful sales people (SCS predominately). We popped into Sofa Giant to have a browse on a quiet Sunday morning before Christmas. We spotted the perfect sofa set for us which was superbly priced and had a minor mark on (almost unnoticeable), we were offered a cracking deal which included some money knocked off the displayed price. We received the sofa set today and we are thrillled. The delivery lads even put the sofa and chairs where we wanted them. All in all a completely smooth and pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend this company. For those grumbling, the sales policy I think is clear, Sofa Giant can’t be held responsible if your item doesn’t fit. Refunds are discretionary and this was clear on paperwork. I can’t fault them, if you want a bargain, try Sofa Giant.
