Andy and Murray did a great job for us yesterday, they certainly know their stuff and are quick getting the work done, it was a long wait between ordering and installation date but that's just how it is now across the whole country, it was worth the wait, I recommend this company, from the shop staff to the installers it went as planned, Thanks guys

The quote I received from AH Fireplace saved me almost £2K compared to the price quoted by the big Edinburgh firm. I selected one of AH's packages but added a brick effect chamber. I needed a larger hearth as I wasn't planning to replace the carpet/ These two items added to the basic price.The work was completed efficiently and as promised. They took great care with my existing fire surround so that I could re-use it. I would have awarded 5 stars but I did have a post installation issue which was resolved immediately. I recommend this firm

All staff were really helpful during enquiries and installation of our own new Clock stove. Andy jnr is a character but got job done quickly will little mess. Now decoration of room is nearly complete we can enjoy the stove at its best. Thanks guy.

Excellent work and customer service I can't recommend this company enough. We had our old fireplace removed and knocked in and a wood burning stove fitted in Edinburgh in just over half a day included in the affordable price was all the material, workmanship and legalities. The team of 2 who did the fitting were incredible, hard working, friendly and went the extra mile. I couldn't recommend them enough. The finished result is amazing and we only wish we had done it sooner. I have no negatives for this company, the service provided from the start was excellent from speaking with them over the phone, coming out to do a quote and then carrying out the work. There is no point looking elsewhere as these guys are who you want! If only they offered other trades work as I know I would get an excellently finished job.

We had a multi-fuel stove fitted by AH fires in December and are absolutely delighted with the service that was provided and could not be happier with the finished product. The staff in the shop were very helpful and answered my many questions without making me feel like I was being a nuisance. We’ve just had a living flame gas fire installed. The service we received was excellent right from the contact we had in the shop through to the installation. Had a wood burning stove fitted by this company and can’t recommend them highly enough. From visiting the showroom.. staff very informed but not pushy... gave us a good morning welcome ..didn’t follow us around and we were able to have a good browse without feeling pressured...then to the survey visit...Andy arrived ... cheery knowledgable guy...did the survey super quick.... still no pushy sales ... decided to order as the price was very good... next came installation...Andrew and Murray arrived on time and were totally brilliant.The stove, hearth and chamber along with slipset were installed in no time at all and to a very high standard. Andrew made sure I knew how to light the stove and answered all my questions with patience.i would definitely recommend using this company.

The team at AH Fires were brilliant! Much cheaper than everything else in the local area but the quality of the work is second to none. Opened up a new whole in my wall installed the new flue and fireplace within a day and the results are amazing. Can't recommended these guys enough

Amazing service from beginning to end with very competitive quotes. Don't look elsewhere, I did and wished I hadn't wasted all that time. Found them on a drive while my toddler was having a tantrum, nearly didn't set foot in the showroom but so glad we did. Didn't know anything about this company but all the thank you cards on display in the showroom said it all. Andy suggested innovative fires that had just appeared on to the market when no-one else did! This helped us avoid a small traditional pre cast fire and now our living room is transformed with a modern large fire.
