Argos' stock is a far cry from the range and value it used to be, however, this is a generally good store to pick up from. I've never had any issues. The wait does seem to take forever, even when you seem to be the only person in the queue.

Bought a present for my sons birthday back in July , since then it had been faulty , expected for Argos to have to send it back to the manufacturer, was served by a polite lad called Dan , who instantly gave me a receipt to have a brand new one straight away. I am so glad I bought it from Argos now as if there’s a problem they sort it straight out. Very happy

5 stars to argos and the staff in dragonsville but 0 stars for some items they sell. I bought a nowtv box from argos with a three months subscription and yesterday I set it up at home. The box was invalid it wouldn't connect contacted nowtv they were useless 8 hours on to three diffrent people and the box still shows a error and it's still invalid so DONT BUY A NOWTV BOX THEY ARE FAULTY AND THE CODES DONT WORK I can't take my new box back because I scratched out the code. Now the money went down the drain

Me and my mam were in today (13/11/22) and we were greeted by a lovely lady who asked if she could help with anything. This lady seemed to be quite new but was so helpful and welcoming. She had a young girl talking her through what to do and she seemed extremely pleasant too! Will 100% be returning to this Argos. 10/10 for customer service, thanks again ladies!!
