Colin came next day and sorted out the problem with my washing machine which was not pumping out water. We had a machine full of water and he managed to empty it without flooding the floor. Machine working fine now..Very pleased and a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Colin did a great job on fixing my mother's old washing machine. A tricky job, in an awkward space, he did a great job in fixing it. Initial response was v good, straightforward to arrange the callout, ordered the parts required and returned the following week, as promised. Would definitely recommend Colin for doing a good job, and also for charging a fair price.

Contacted Colin as was purchasing a new Samsung washing machine and required the existing one to be disconnected and recycled and the new one to be connected. He managed to fit me in at short notice and came to our flat within an hour of the new machine being delivered. Reasonable price as well.

Yes, very happy with the work performed by Colin. Punctual, tidy and careful. It wasn't possible to be completely certain in advance that the proposed work (to replace the fan element) would fix our issue (RCD tripping out when the fan oven was used) so we discussed the options ahead of the work going ahead (at very reasonable rates) and the work appears to have fixed our issue.

I've had great service at two different properties - one washing machine fix and one cooker fix. Appliance doctor got back to me really quickly & turned up so quickly which was great. he washing machine took a bit of time to fix but it was much cheaper than me replacing the machine. When my cooker broke a new element was supplied in the first visit and that was the job done. Can't reccomend highly enough.

Diagnosed issue and repaired on same visit for a very good price. I never met with Colin but spoke with him over the phone. Found him professional & polite. Although I did not end up using Appliance Doctor, the quote for the repair of a seal including the labour was very reasonable. Because the washing machine that needed repairing was very old, I ended up buy a new washing machine altogether. Appliance Doctor had already ordered a part but they still not charge me which was extremely kind. If I were to have any problems with any appliance in the future, I will most definitely be using Appliance Doctor.
