A huge thank you to Ffion. A late night order had not worked out beautifully but she on the other hand, managed the situation beautifully. I'm now safely at home, a warm home with my twin ceramic heaters. Ffion, you are a credit to the company and more importantly, your family.

I returned an iron two days ago which I had replacement care for. I was given excellent service by Joe who was very helpful polite and helped me choose a new product very easily. The whole process took under 10mins. Under current circumstances in UK the service was impeccable thank you so much.

The store is in a convenient location, with plenty of free, off-street parking. There is an extensive range of products for collection or home delivery (small additional charge). Counter service is very quick.

Good sized argos where I find most of the items I am after to be in stock. The set up is the same as elsewhere - write down the numbers, take to the counter/self serve and collect a few minutes later from the counter. There is also a counter to collect things you have bought andf paid for online, plus an ebay collection desk. On my last visit two of the staff were busier chatting to each other than serving customers but the young lady who served me was friendly and didn't do the hard sell, even though I was buying fairly expensive electricals.

Reasonably size store with a good stock of most items in the catalogue. Can order on line using fastrack and collect within just a few minutes.

Does not always have enough stock in store. But staff are friendly, eager to help and pleasant. Otherwise decent stop for buying basics over a weekend.

Decent enough small argos. But queue for till takes ages even though you just hand them a piece of paper and then pay you would think line would be none existant but there always seems to be a queue.

Friendly staff and they have a dedicated eBay counter if you buy from eBay sellers using that service. A big car park and late opening hours make it very convenient.
