Easy to pick up orders online as delivery is no bad since they use Yodel as you never recieve your parcel at all and customer service is dreadful you are treated awful

I am writing this review about the top notch service I had from Tracey working here on 11 December 2021 at 18:30 hrs. Tracey helped me work out what I needed on screen by listening to me and looking at the cable and asking me about my devices I needed them from. It made my trip to the store so easy for me and I left happy and content. All the mobile phone shops were shut when I was shopping and that is why I tried Argos and got all I needed way cheaper than if I had gone to a phone shop. Because my iphone arrived with no charger adapter just a charging cable as that is how they come nowadays and I don't have an adapter and my Acer tablet's charging cable has broken but I have the adapter plug. As you can't see inside the boxes at Argos you can check if you have right cable. I looked on screen instore and still wasn't sure what I needed as I don't know whether it is a usb type C or A and I had never had an iphone before and my iphone has a different usb to my boyfriend's iphone and my friend's ipad has a different usb to my phone as I had tried to charge my iphone on both and not possible as usb's are different.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. From walking into the store and being approached to see if we needed help to sorting an ongoing problem with a faulty item (that another store would not except was faulty) , I cannot Thank Jason (manager), Tracey or the other ladies enough for their time and understanding. Great branch and will return in the future.

A great day out for all the family. The kids were beside themselves with excitement waiting for their number to be called, it was like watching the lottery! The complimentary pencils were an unexpected bonus. Friendly staff, although they did appear a little irritated when we set out our picnic by collection point C.

It's fairly easy to shop at Argos, click and collect options and paypoints allow you to bypass any long queues at the till. Staff could be a little friendly, seems like they aren't equipped to help with any product knowledge.

Long wait to pay. Supervisors stacking the sale shelves instead of helping staff get the queue down, yelling access codes across the shop instead of taking care of a customer problem themselves.
