I hear its the best Argos store of its type in Edinburgh and possibly Scotland. I will make sure when I'm in Scotland in 2025 I will make a visit and a purchase. Excited! 😊

I bought a laptop online, and I went to pick it up after a few days without any problem. The staff was very helpful, even though I paid in cash with lots of 5 pound notes. Sorry.

It's been 4 years since I've been here so I don't know if things have changed or not. Most transactions went very smoothly but there were a few times that I made a click and collect reservation and when I got there, there was no record of it. Those instances were in the minority though.

Store was very quiet but it took a long time for the parcel to be handed over. Not just mine the others waited over 10 minutes. Midday on a Monday so likely lower staff count, but not really acceptable.

What's not to like? Catalogues instead of shelves, buttons to press when ordering, no aisles to walk around. A quick and soulless shopping experience. Best to know what you're looking for - not a shop for browsing.

Staff are fantastic when I am in store but no-one answers the phone. I'm guessing because they're short staffed so I am taking off 2 stars until HQ pull their finger out. Cannot speak highly enough about the staff they do have though, great face to face customer service! 😀

The Argos stores are relatively similar no matter where you go. This one is in a good central location on The North Bridge and has a large selection of products. The staff were friendly and my product arrived quickly.

This location is a nicely done, open, and clean Argos with a convenient location on North Bridge, easy for both those in Old Town and New Town to get to. Argos is generally cheap and pretty cheerful. You get what you pay for, but their super low prices are attractive and the items do stand up well to the test of time. If looking for cheap odds and ends, it isn't bad and you can either order from the catalogue in store or online and pick it up easily without horrendus queues. This particular Argos was refurbished last year, so is freshly redone and is nice.

A just phoned Argos whom gave me a bit of hope, a will have to say the lady was very very helpful, a do not know how to order from any Amazon, eBay, but ? The cheerie lady may have help me? So a will give the 5star if it's possible, or even true that they help, reason why 4 stars, is because a have used North bridge store since it opened and have always done their best to help me, imagine if they were able to help me with ordering things aswell, ,A thinking to good to be true??? , Well cheerie lady a hopefully see yous soon, ooh a only hope it works, but bless yous all with the care yous give out, I THINK YOUS😃

Everything is great about this place. Only downside (which I don't mind) is that they have not installed the touch screen version of the catalogue like some other argos stores. Other than that, it's brilliant.

Exactly as you'd expect an Argos to be. I find separate touchscreen kiosks for checking stock and ordering items a bit weird, but apart from that it's fine!

It's a weirded space. The terminals are so slow it takes away any fun from going there. If you need something very fast and are close to the centre, they might still be the best place to go.
