In the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, this company sent out a man to repair my machine which unfortunately needed to be replaced. Where the big companies would only deliver to the front door and not install, this company arranged for two men to take the machine up three flights of stairs and then for an engineer to come and install and remove the old machine. Can't thank them enough. Brilliant service and very helpful receptionist.

An absolutely Amazing service today at the Holiday Inn Express City Centre. There are so few engineers who work such awkward hours, but thank god for ATR being one of them. The engineer was so very nice and walked me through the problem of our oven, rather than getting on and us never knowing what the case was! I went online and found Lothian Domestics who sent the engineer with a payment machine and no tool box. I was phoned before the visit to turn the freezer on. As I had said the freezer wasn't working there was nothing to be done as it was working when he arrived. (It broke down every 2-3 days) The manager could not help over e mails of complaint. Step in next online search ATR Universal The freezer was pulled out checked over, parts ordered fixed freezer working.

My tenant called me on Boxing Day to advise the washer dryer in the flat had broken down. I called ATR the following morning who were able to attend and fix the issue quickly. They kept me informed during the job while on site, calling for authorisation to fit parts - meaning the issue could be rectified quickly without an addition visit. Their service and communication surpassed my expectations for a very reasonable price and I would recommend this company for landlords, as well as owners.

Our freezer broke down. ATR provided an engineer (Jillani), at short notice to come out, in the evening at the start of the weekend. He was polite, efficient & professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and carried out an emergency repair until the spare part became available. This saved our food. As soon as the part arrived, Jillani returned to fit it in no time at all. ATR relieved the stress and provided a good service. They're not the cheapest but are good, helpful & reliable in an emergency. Jillani is excellent.

quote "ATR Universal provided a competent, but remarkably expensive, repair to our" dishwasher. A callout fee of £45 was charged and not deducted from the labour invested. I understood when booking the service with a 2 day notice the call-out charge would go towards the labor cost. It was a scheduled visit taking about 30 min and a very cheap part was replaced. the total paid by us was nearly twohundret pound !! £144 + £45. A complaint via email after having found out about the cheap part wasnt' responded to. It would be great to get the £45 callout back as we were made to believe! quote "While I have no problem with the work done, the cost seems extremely high, so it is worth people knowing this if considering this company."

With the May long weekend 1 day away, and the weather to be soaring in the high 20's , our glass dishwasher decided to pack it in, just before this EXTREMELY busy weekend. We are a Brewery owned Pub, so the chances of getting anyone out from Yorkshire was impossible, as well as we are set to receive our NEW washer Tuesday ! We needed to be able to limp through the weekend. I immediately started to look up local Engineers that may be able to help. ATR Universal was the FIRST Company I called. A Lovely Lady by the name of Rosie was SO HELPFUL! The soonest she could get someone out was between 5 pm and 8 pm this evening, I said I was going to make a few more quick calls and ring her right back......there was NO POINT ! No one was available, everyone was quoting next week, and not sounding that interested to assist us. I called Rosie right back, she was so accommodating, explained everything clearly to me, reassured me her Engineer would be here this evening and sure enough, it must have been exactly 5 pm, when Jillani showed up. He understood we could not do all the repairs now, but as my Staff and myself are running back and forth with drinks and food, he is busy getting it going again for us !
