The quality of The Feather Company inners are fantastic! And it is even better they are ethical, sustainable and local too. I am a textile designer and sell my cushion covers with The Feather Company inners. I get nothing but compliments about how full, plump and comfortable the cushions are!

My experience was brilliant 😊😊 Used The Feather Company a long time ago, it was always a positive experience then so I did not hesitate to return there when one of my pillows was in serious need of some tlc. There were some challenges getting to Canaan Lane, thanks to Edinburgh City Council, however with the guidance of TFC I was able to gain access. I was met by the son of the owner, glad to hear she is still part of the business 😊 I don't remember the son's name however he was so charming, engaging and cheerful that my day was brightened by meeting him! He obviously attended to the rather sad pillow and I can now rest knowing I will retrieve said pillow next week 😁 Parking was a bit tight but was manageable so all good 😊

I had two large feather sofa cushions, which even after being plumped up just reverted to being thin and useless. I contacted The Feather Company and confirmed the sizes and they provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable for the size of the cushions. As instructed I posted the covers off to them and in just over two weeks the cushions have arrived back. I can't express how happy I am with them, it has given my sofa a new lease of life. The cushions are plump and soft and probably even better than the ones that came with the sofa. The foam, feather wrapped cushions are of a high quality and are so comfy to sit on. The team did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to any one with lack lustre sofa cushions. Thank you for the care and high quality of service provide.

This is a friendly, helpful company that makes wonderful bespoke items. They turned an old feather mattress topper, grown thin in places, into four large throws from the recovered feathers. Quite beautifully constructed throws - ideal for little old ladies (like myself) to keep out the cold.

From my first enquiry to The Feather Company to receiving my new sofa pads and back cushions the service was excellent. Communication was amazing, always receiving a response to my questions straight away. I felt very assured they understand my requirements. The final product was delivered within the quoted time frame and the quality is actually beyond our expectations. Our original pads and cushions were so uncomfortable but we didn’t want the expense of buying new sofas, we replaced the original sponge filling with feathers supplied by The Feather Company and we now have the sink into squishy sofas we dreamed of. We dealt completely remotely with The Feather Company and can highly recommend them, they are trustworthy and have completely fulfilled all promises.

I am so glad I chose this company for a Flat Duck Feather bolster, delivery was very quick and packaging was perfect. Past experience when ordering bolsters on line is not knowing what to expect when you open the packaging and encounter a duck smell!!! Not this time, no smell, just a lovely soft feather bolster to rest my head on. When the pillows need replacing I shall also purchase them from you. Thank you for an excellent product

I have been so blown away by this company!!! Not only is it a family run, sustainable, local business, but their service is absolutely awesome! I sent them an old pillow to recover for sentimental reasons and they were so incredibly kind as to add a small strip of my old (green) cover to remind me of the previous pillow. What an incredibly thoughtful gesture!! In their communication and service they have been outstanding. They answered all my questions and got in touch quickly after receiving my pillow. Sending it back took only a day and the parcel was tracked so that I could see when it would be delivered. I cannot recommend them enough and am sure that I will use them again in future!

I ordered cushion pads from The Feather co after seeing an amazing review from an Interior company. I had purchased 4 pads from a major retailer but they were poor quality. The FC pads arrived on time and as soon as I picked them up you could feel the weight. I was so excited to open them up. Also at the other retailer I was told to buy bigger so they would fill cushion. With FC I was advised that you don’t need to do that as they are very full. Once I had inserted the pads my cushions looked fantastic. They are great as they keep their shape, quality is amazing. I’ve only had them two days but still very excited as they have exceeded my expectations. Thank you FC. I will definitely be coming back when I need more. They are the best.

what wonderful experience having my 50 year old duvet remade. It hadn't been used for a good while however previously well loved. The Feather Company, telephoned me having received it with with the best advice for remake . Oh! what a treat when it came back to me. Traditional design. Beautifully made soft natural cover material, and in a protective hessian bag . Mine needed no any additional down. However I was reassured additional feathers are provided from duck feathers gathered without cruelty. Friendly, helpful , quickly returned - postage included in the total cost which was excellent price. The Feather Company - used them with total confidence....very very happy with my duvet. Cant praise enough. Thank you...
