Love love love this shop. The candles and reed diffusers are the best. Perfect for gifts as well. We bought our reed diffuser 15/16 weeks ago and there’s still over half left. The staff are always welcoming and the stores are always well presented. Highly recommend.

The store didn't have the product I was looking so they ordered it for me. A few complications with the delivery (not their complication, delivery firms). I revisited the store for assistance upon which they put the product aside and offered to hold it if my parcel didn't arrive. I finally received my parcel. The staff were very helpful and did everything in their power to help with ensuring I would get the product in time to ship for christmas. Thank you to the staff (Emma especially) for your help.

Shop the sales! Staff isn’t that helpful or kind on finding things, especially around the holidays. They tend to seem bothered by questions. Nonetheless, it’s a classic spot for gifts for yourself and others.

I'm still unsure about The White Company. While the staff at their George Street, Edinburgh store are helpful & knowledgeable about the products they sell, I find it hard to discern what makes the 'said products worth the price premium. In effect it's a nice place to browse, but I'm not so sure about buying there.
