This company is one of the best I ever get before. I mean this guys told me few days in advance they will come and they did on the time they told and did a excellent job. Works good and fast so much better. Good price for all the the replacement for my oven heat and the job. Thanks so much.

Brilliant service with a fast response time and Marek kept me informed of what was happening throughout. When I accidentally ordered the wrong sized machine (one device couldn’t be fixed) he was relaxed about this and came back the following week once the correct machine had been delivered without charging me extra. Will definitely use again (though hope to not have to!) and have recommended to others already.

The guy came when he said he would . Took the dishwasher apart to see what was wrong . Found the fault within 10mins and fixed it . Absolutely brilliant service . I will never use anyone else apart from this company now as they are efficient and trustworthy which is very important. Another company tried to con me into buying a new machine after opening the door and said it’s the panel and he can do all that for £500 ! This cost me £50 to get fixed . So I totally recommend this company .

We had White Eagle Repair come to fix our dishwasher and must say was very impressed with the professionalism of Tomek. He was very analytical, soon found out the cause of problem and got the machine working again. What's impressive is that there's no pressure to change parts for the sake of it. We had to get our washing machine fixed at short notice so I contacted White Eagle after reading good reviews of their work. They replied promptly and Tomek came and worked very tidely and efficiently. He repaired our machine quickly and his customer service was excellent, really open and informative when it came to explaining what he had done. Absolutely first class company. It took 3 visits to fix my ageing Hotpoint as various parts decided to fail simultaneously. It wasn't helped by Hotpoint sending the wrong part part of the way through this repair. The staff whom I met during this repair were on-time or early, friendly, clearly very knowledgeable and tidy. They really are the "Marks and Spencer" quality in the domestic repair industry. And I shouldn't forget to mention the £40 call-out/labour charge, which covered all the visits. Thank you Poland for exporting these guys to Scotland!!!!!

Our washing machine gets broken just before a weekend so was worry the only option to have that tonnes of dirty clothes washed is to go Carry’s and get a new one . Tried to phone a few companies but were busy. White Eagle was busy too but when i said we gotta baby and desperately need To Have it fixed lady put me on hołd and Then she said she managed to find a guy who agreed to come out of his hours even it was friday evening. After that all went smootthly…was not even an hour engineer arrived . Took him 15 min to fix it . Price was nothing For a service we Have been given . Absolutely fantastic! Thank you !

Marek was a star! He was available within 48h and he was able to repair my dishwasher (that another engineer declared "not worth repairing"..) in less than half hour, so glad I phoned! Super competitive fees as well, very professional and friendly, I could not recommend him more.

Got in touch with White Eagle on Monday and was seen the very next day. Absolutely fantastic service from Marek. He was able to identify the problem quickly and offer solutions there and then. I was worried that a repair would end up costing about the same as a new machine and was very pleasantly surprised to find the issue going be fixed for much less! I tried two different companies before calling White Eagle. One engineer couldn't remove two stubborn access screws, told me i needed a new cooker and tried to charge me £90. White Eagle turned up the next day and fixed the cooker in forty minutes.
