Went with my friend who was looking for a new phone and new kettle. One of the assistants, Billy, helped my friend start up the new phone and transfer her sim card and contacts to it and also explain what to do if she had any problems with the purchases. That's what I call excellent customer service 🙂

Had to wait in line and staff at door directing customers, so if you had used click and collect you were sent directly to a counter. If like me you were looking for something you got sent to a specific screen to check and order. Well organised and really efficient. Well done Argos even though you didn't have what I was looking for!

Quick service clean and easy with the fast track pick up point, walked in and they had my items waiting for me, the lady was very nice asked me if I needed a carrier bag and told me about the warranty on my product. I will definitely use argos in future.

I would just like to thank Margaret and her team for the way they handled my order yesterday ! I bought 2 single and 1 double mattresses to be sent down to southerness holiday park ! Thier was a mix up at the wearhouse with my items and delivery ! Margater and her team got right on to it and got it sorted for me in no time which i was very thankful! Nice selection of carpets & flooring but costs rise with delivery & fitting etc. Check before as very close to Celtic Park traffic can get really busy.
