Visited this store a week ago to exchange hdmi cables the customer service I received was beyond excellent Peter served me initially and really couldn't of done anymore to arrange the rather complex exchange to say the least. There were also 2 other staff (I didn't get their names) involved in the exchange and they quickly located the items I was looking for and arranged for the remainder of my order to be collected later in the week. Fantastic service and many thanks for great customer care.
