I can't recommend this company highly enough. It's been quite a while since we last experienced customer service on such a high level as that provided by DG. How refreshing it's been to deal with a company that is appreciative of your custom and motivated to provide the best service possible to their customer. The first gentleman I spoke to was incredibly friendly, polite, knowledgeable and provided excellent communication regarding my appointment and timings. I must give credit to John the engineer with whom I had most dealings. He also provided excellent communication on his arrival time. He arrived when he said he would, he was very friendly and dealt with our issue promptly and with humour. He was meticulous in his fault finding and it was great to experience his willingness to help and to witness his pride in his work. It was such a pleasure having him in our house. To sum up, great value for money, great people and an overall fantastic experience. Thank you.

Highly recommend this local business, my washing machine stopped work called them and they arranged a quick date to come out and look at my machine. They arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem. Came back with the part 2 days later and my washing machine was up and running. Was delighted as I was prepared to buy a new machine, this company saved me money and when I eventually need a new machine I will be heading to their Mount Florida store to purchase. Decent, honest and reliable local business who I would trust to treat me fairly and not charge over the odds for a great service. Can’t recommend enough.

Thank you to John for repairing my daughter's oven today. I would definitely recommend this company. John arrived within the time window we had been allocated. Knew immediately what was wrong and had spare parts in van to fix it. All done within around half an hour. Price reasonable too.

Quick process from reporting issue to having an engineer attend. The time of my visit was changed (by DG) but this was communicated with me . Engineer sorted the problem in no time at all and was highly professional. Overall cost seemed very reasonable too so would have no problem recommending.

Engineer arrived, replaced the door handle on my washing machine from van stock and that was my issue fixed. Quick and efficient and the engineer was friendly and polite. Used DG for an oven repair too, can’t fault them.

I trust these guys. I first used them for a dishwasher installation back in 2020. They were realistic, honest, tidy and the prices charged were fair. Their communications are quick, concise and they come when they say they will. More recently, they’ve been on hand to help me investigate problems with my electrics, and I wasn’t sure if they had affected the fridge. It turned out it hadn’t, but they diagnosed that quickly and docked the call-out fee by a wee bit when a full repair wasn’t required. I feel relieved to have found a good local firm to call-on for domestic appliance repairs and for the supply and fitment of new goods.
