Fantastic service at yhis store any staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks today to a young staff member who was most helpful today. So pleasant and went out her way to help. According to her name badge she was in training. I think her name was Lauren. First class thank you and well done.

Love a trip to Dunelm, especially when I have time to browse! Great selection of home goods, only negative is the size of the store, no one's fault but it feels very 'packed' in. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Not a fan of shopping but if I'm looking for something for the house this is my first port of call there selection of duvet covers wasn't the greatest this time normally can always get one I like here

So many choices in store! Great options for every budget. Cafe brill, great deals.

Shop itself is okay although since a few months ago it's gotten very disorganised and very untidy. The cafe is very overpriced for the quality of food and very tasteless won't be ordering hot food next time but the scones are lovely.
