Absolutely recommend! Scott repaired our tumble dryer: service was excellent, friendly and knowledgable; fault was diagnosed really quickly; communication and arrangement of appointments was great, and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Had Scott out to see my dishwasher, found the problem quickly and instead of charging me to return and a mark up on a part he sat and found the part which i could easily fit my self, sent me a link so i could buy it! Got a further error from a kinked hose probably from moving the dishwasher in and out and he talked me through getting that checked and the dishwasher running again! Honest tradesman and genuinely keen to help. Scott was help up on a job so would be a bit later than expected, the office had great communication of this meaning i wasnt stuck waiting all day with no idea when he would visit! Great service 10/10

Scott fixed my microwave and the cost was half what the estimate was due to a part not being required (other people may not have told me that, and charged me for it regardless) Took it away on the Friday and brought it back on the Monday. Excellent service from start to finish. If you have a faulty appliance, do yourself a favour and use this guy.

Called several times regarding a problem with an American style Samsung fridge / freezer , I was given plenty of advise which allowed me to rectify the fault myself , it’s very rare anyone will take the time to advise you how to fix something they could charge you for , I would totally use their service again if the need arises . Grill element needed replaced. Phoned at 3:00 pm, explained what was required and made arrangements to come out early the following day. I've been let down many a time over the years by tradesmen but not this time. Arrived on time, masked, obeyed Covid rules and element replaced. All in all a very professional job at a competitive price and would certainly use again and recommend this company to family and friends.

I cannot recomend this company enough, I was worried about my fridge freezer acting up in the worse timing possible with lock down. He sat patiently talked me through my worries with it told me how to check it and it turns out I was silly and it was defrosting itself which I don't normally notice when I'm at work. His knowledge and helpfulness was 10/10. Cannot recomend enough and thank you again
