Great place to stop going south from Scotland for tea and coffee. 50kW car charger here and several slow chargers. Plenty parking, accommodation, restaurant, beautiful building and views.

Cracking place for a bargain ! Can be a wee bit hit and miss, but thats to be expected as a lot of what ends up in the store is end of range, oddments and out of season items. The staff are lovely, very pleasant and helpful.

M&S have a problem with their tills at the moment. Bought 1 pack of pants & was charged for 3. Didn't notice till I got home. Manager was very nice about it and refunded my card immediately. But he did admit to knowing about this problem, so please if you're in the M&S outlet in Parkhead, check your receipt very carefully.

Very disappointed on this visit. I have been here on a number occasions but not for a year or so. It used to be well stocked for men's suits at bargain prices, but nothing on this occasion. In fact nothing on the sales rails for men at all.

They used to be very good with men's clearance clothes they've not been very good last year they had a lot of stock this year not any hardly any for ladies they've got a very good value you prices are very good especially when they do clearance I love going sometimes for men's trousers jackets and for ladies dresses it could be anything from £5 to £15 and on some occasions they even have further discount on clearance prices

Some good bargains to be found on end of ranges and overstocks. Particularly good if you happen to need unusual sizes like super skinny or xxl. Selection of 'normal' sizes tend to be hard to find.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However you have to watch the prices not everything has a decent discount, I looked at a couple of things and they were discounted by £ 3.00, ie 18 to 15 no big deal. Being in a shopping centre there's plenty of parking.

Huge outlet store with a lot of stock some of it is seasonal but there are a lot of wardrobe basics at great prices and they seem to have the full range of sizes in stock. Also never seems to be that busy so easy to shop in. You can tell it's an outlet store but the environment is clean and tidy and staff seem to be friendly enough. Worth a visit if you wear their stuff.

Great staff! I was here shopping for a jumper and asked one of the employees if I could try it on, and he kindly explained the COVID rules to me (that you can try it on if you sanitise your hands before and after, then give the item to the staff to quarantine if you choose not to buy it). While I was trying the jumper on, another staff member politely explained that I could not try it on. For many establishments, this would end badly. Instead, she listened to me, and spoke to the person who said it was okay, then confirmed with me that it was alright, and was very apologetic for mistaking the rules. 10/10, would shop with these nice staff members again

This is the outlet shop for M&S and it's fantastic. Always bargains to be had and at a fraction of the cost of the main shops but you won't find the whole range in here. It can get busy, especially at the changing rooms and tills but they appear to have a good sized staff who try to minimise the wait. There is always plenty of sale racks too which have the best discounts so if you like a rummage this is the place for you.
