Large, clean store. Packed FULL with stock when I visited (prior to major christmas rush). Also visited the cafe and had a great coffee, not overpriced. Staff are friendly and helpful.

What a selection of....things. Possible issues of pillars in the middle of clothing aisles, otherwise definite street market vibes. Always an interesting time browsing through the sections.

Silverburn TK Max is a large store with a ground floor which I think mainly targets women. The upper floor is much more varied. I won't go into all the details but I think you need to do a search to find the things you want. I found the items I needed (wanted) really fast, I think it's because I have a search in TK, at every opportunity. Its only 4 stars because you have to look hard for the bargains other than that I heartily recommend TK Max Silverburn if you make the time to have a good search.

Went to pick up a click and collect. Forgot my Id (left my purse in the car) had the emails etc. So went back tonthe car to get it just for the same woman not to look at it and call me by the wrong name Macleod?

Aw, great shop so much choice nice friendly helpful staff. Bit of a queue formed but they were obviously watching this and tackled it with more staff which wiped the queue away quickly. Bought 3 lovely t shirts for holiday total cost £ 34 cmon £ 34 for 3 good quality t shirts very happy great price.look to be managing coronations stuff well plenty of room to move around.well done tk.

What's not to like? I never visit this shop and leave empty handed. There is always something on a shelf or a rail which I want to buy. Half of the fun is skimming through the rails until you find that little gem which you then run over to the changing rooms with! The prices are great too. Don't expect everything to be dirt cheap but again, search the rails and you will come across an absolute bargain. I love Tk Maxx!

Discount (sometimes) store that sells a wide range of goods from some designer labels and other less known brands. The Silverburn store is pretty big, two floors and it has both escalators and a lift for wheelchair access etc. I find if you do want to buy something from these type of stores, you need a bit of patience as the stuff can be a bit all over the place sometimes. Also there can be a queue at the tills if it's busy, and I'd advise you to always check your purchase if you have ordered online to collect in store as a lot of the goods are either discontinued or slight seconds, meaning there could be a bit of damage to them.

Budget store chain similar to Primark with selection of mens, womens and children's clothes also sells household goods and a large variety of shoes which is what I was looking for but alas nothing I liked. Staff were quite helpful and shoes I was trying on came impessively fast and were not too expensive, so kudos to the staff.

This like all other TK Maxx stores are hit and miss. If you have the time and patience to hunt through rail after rail of stuff, you might find a good bargain. However if like me you want to walk in find the item ,pick the size and go then this isnt for you. The amount of times you find something then reliase its in the wrong place, so hunt for the same item in the right size and its not there....frustration!

Like any TK Maxx, it's pot luck. To find something you like brings feelings of luck and the opportunity to rejoice. This like all of them, is the usual Mish mash and or takes a good rummage to find that deal that makes the trip worthwhile. But, you know what to expect before you visit here so it certainly shouldn't come as a surprise!
