I highly recommend this company. I had a problem with the screen on my TV and the warranty covered it to be replaced. From start to finish the communication was excellent. Robert and Mathew arrived with the new TV swapped them over and tuned in the new one. Nothing was a problem to them. They were very polite and punctual. Thanks for a great job 👍👍

Great company to deal with - I have had 2 warranty repairs/replacements with both Panasonic before and Sony this time round. Both times the company were great to deal with. Kyle was also particularly great on the day of our Bravia replacement/swap over - arrived bang on time when he said he would, was very courteous, and was very quick and thorough.

TVRS replaced the board and wifi/bluetooth module in my LG OLED TV. The repair was free since the TV was still under warranty. Overall, they were very good. They were organised regarding arranging the repair time. Also, Kyle (the lad who did the repair) was friendly, efficient and informative. The repair was done in less than 30 min and the TV is working fine now. Minus 1 star because he wasn't sure how to pair the TV and remote, so I had to Google it for him.

I had to have a 65 inch Sony Bravia tv replaced after only 4 months. TVRS were great to communicate with. Today I had Ross and Kyle arrive bang on the time they had said when they phoned earlier. They wore masks and gloves and fixed up the tv making sure I new all the technical stuff. Very impressive. Well done gentlemen.

My LG 65" TV was showing a Notice Announcement offering a free power board replacement service. Not long after completing the form online a representative from TVRS called. She was very polite and gathered information. A couple of days later TVRS called to say they would be here the next day. Kyle arrived on time, introduced himself and got to work and did a great job. TVRS Teach Team were representing John Lewis, as we had a 5 year warranty on our LG TV. Our TV had been getting darker over time, After calling John Lewis, TVRS contacted us and arranged visit to Aberdeen promptly. George (our tech) diagnosed the problem immediately, the repair involved taking the TV back to their workshop. The TV was gone for less than a week and George came back for delivery and set up. The difference in picture quality was obvious. This was the first time for us to deal with TVRS but they certainly offer a top class service.

TVRS Tech Team came to the house 2 weeks ago to identify a major issue with our TV Today the same engineer came to replace the screen and WOW what a difference - looks like a brand new TV and is so clear, which proves what we were watching before was worse than looking at black & White TV!!! Kyle came to look at my TV as it had been sluggish/unresponsive within 6 months of buying it from John Lewis back in 2017, and it was only by chance when I was in Liverpool in July 2021 that the store told me I had a 5 year guarantee (thanks Kathleen!) as I thought it was only 2 years. Kyle took the TV & Remote away, and within two days I received a call to say that the main board required replacing. Today (4th Aug) I have the TV back, and it appears like a new TV! Excellent service from TVRS, polite, courteous, professional and responsive, the latter being critical as I was on a time limit for travelling to London. Would absoluely recommend TVRS - although Im not sure I'll be rushing to buy Sony again, given my Sony TV and Laptop (both purchased from JL) experienced failed motherboards within the first six months

Based on my recent experience of TVRS Tech Team I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Unfortunately the initial replacement screen for my Samsung TV was faulty but this was outwith the control of TVRS. Earlier today Ross attended at my home and fitted a new screen which has resolved the problem. Ross was knowledgeable in terms of modern TVs and took time to answer any and all of my queries. His work was of a very high standard.

Sony TV packed in after 2 years, had 5 year guarantee thru Currys,. Ended up with new TV,. Sony part of repair was a bit haphazard, not good, however once tvrs got involved, they came out when they said they would, although TV couldn't be repaired in home, I did get new TV a week later, Engineer Ross (job no 2002355) who came on both occasions was very professional, polite and very informative in reply to our questions, excellent service

I had an issue with my LG CX55 TV which was not receiving input from my HDMI ports. TVRS were quick to respond to my query and quickly called me back to arrange an engineer to come out to fix it. The engineer (Andy) was professional and courtesy and also respected covid safe distancing and wore a face mask. He quickly saw the problem and in order to have the issue fixed took the TV to be repaired and provided a loan tv while mine was being fixed. All in all it was a really quick turnaround. I was very impressed with George, a member of the TVRS Tech Team who uplifted a TV and returned it a week later following repair. It was a pleasure to have him in the house. He was helpful, polite and friendly. When he returned the TV, I asked him if he could fit it on to a wall bracket (which was already in place) instead of putting it back on top of a unit where it had been originally. I guess I was asking him to go "above and beyond" what was expected of him but he readily did what was asked of him. He programmed TV, made sure the wireless connection was set up etc before he left. I found George to be polite, friendly and helpful. A credit to TVRS.

I purchased a TV through Richer Sounds in Nov 2018. TV developed a fault. Manufacturer could not resolve so used the Richer Sounds 6 year warranty. TVRS contacted me to clarify the issue and within a week had an update on a repair. The engineer was booked to arrive a week later, which he did. TV was repaired in my home and back working. The whole process was seamless, communication was excellent and the TV is repaired and working. I was so impressed with the service i received, that I asked TVRS to send me a link so i could provide well earned positive feedback.

Had my LG powerboard replaced under warranty by George today. He arrived at the allotted time, phoned 5 mins before arriving. George was friendly and helpful. Replaced the board very quickly, returned tv to bracket with all the cables in correct positions. Tested and screen cleaned.

Actually only phoned in just to Book a repair for my only 4 year old Samsung 65 which is disappointingly playing up. Tech Team told me to first check if I had an extended warranty thinking after 4 years my warranty would have expired. So once checked turns out I have over a year to run saving me most probably a small fortune. Thank you for professionalism ,honesty and advice.....😉

TVRS were appointed by Panasonic to fix our Combi oven under warranty. Their service throughout was excellent. TVRS arranged a visit to our house within a few days, they took the oven away to their workshop for repair and delivered it back to us a week later, working perfectly. After communication with the manager of TVRS I wasn’t impressed and really didn’t want to use them but had to as it’s the only company who carry out warranty repairs for Panasonic. I don't understand why some people have given this company such poor reviews. I have used them several times over a number of years, and have always found the receptionists, technical staff and management professional and friendly; they have succeeded in restoring my ageing and ailing electronic equipment to full health, most recently in July 2019, and in December 2016. They initially charged £30 as an inspection fee, which was deducted from the modest repair cost. For no extra cost they offered to uplift and return the equipment to my home address, a round trip of almost 40 miles each time. I have found TVRS to be superb value. From my experiences, I certainly and highly recommend them.

After seeing the reviews for this company, I admittedly was a bit worried after seeing the other reviews. My TV broke and was being fixed by them through Domestic & General. However, the service I received from them was great. The man who collected my TV said what he suspected the issue was and took it away for repair on the Thursday, I called over the weekend to get an update and the woman was very polite over the phone and said it should be ready with parts by the weekend. I then had my TV back on Friday and the man also put it back on the wall for me. Was very happy and it took just over a week. Thanks guys.
