We love this store and they always have a great range of products at good prices. Their range of throws and towels is fantastic. We had a nice lunch upstairs in their cafe but were disappointed that the serving staff weren't wearing masks as Gloucester is currently one of the highest regions for Covid.

Plenty of free parking, a wide range of home goods and very helpful staff. Take care when exiting car park as visibility to the left is restricted and cars often come whizzing around the bend a tad on the quick side.

Love this store, always lots of different bits to look at! My wife has banned me from taking a basket in as it just too easy to fill it! The 1 and only thing that lets this store/location down is the parking, bays are very narrow so its really difficult to get the nipper in his car seat.

The store is OK. Shame about the cafe, we appeared to be the last customers and had to wait 15 minutes while the two sales girls made themselves smoothies before they decided to serve us. Service is still not seen as something requiring training and integrity in the UK, sadly.

I love Dunelm! It has a good variety of things for the home. I would say that the arrows on the floor for making your way through the store is a bit muddled up and confusing at times, otherwise it's clean and tidy, friendly/helpful staff and decently priced products!

Used the store for a click and collect during lockdown. Setup is reasonable with two stations in the store doors, although it could be tricky to stay dry in bad weather. Items were found quickly, although as the system only used one person a bigger order or larger item might have posed more problems.

I was happy to get into Dunelm 😁 the lad who was counting people going in was cheerful so good start ,found it hard following the arrows on the floor tho as kept bumping into to many people 😂 I wanted to be a rebeI and walk my own way because u get to distracted looking around and u forget ...I was after coat rack and was helped by a lovely lady but none in store only over door ones on line 😂 but it got me and my stick out for an hour ❤️👍

Very helpful staff, felt safe with the social distancing measures in store and welcomed by the male shop assistant, he kept all the baskets clean and advised on the protocols to follow and had hygiene desk at door. This was really appreciated as I had not been to many shops since lockdown.

Bit hit and miss with this shop. They have a good selection of essential homewares, but quality could be better for the prices. Displays are sometimes a mess which makes finding things difficult. Moving around is tricky as aisles are small and they just dump stuff on shop floor without thinking about trolleys. Kitchen and cookware quite good. Children's section also OK, though pricey for the quality. The cafe has a nice selection of food, but takes forever to serve after ordering.

Very helpful staff. Searched in stock room and rest of store in order to get everything I needed. As I'm in a wheelchair, it can get exhausting wheeling up and down the isles, with piles of items on your lap. I'm even able to leave collections of items in order for staff members to go and collect them all up and take know e them to the till for me. Pity they no longer do art materials Though.

My wood-burner effect electric fire packed up an hour before closing time on Christmas Eve. Staff member Tim carried it from my car and found me a replacement. He was very helpful and friendly and made the transaction a very pleasant experience. I wasn’t made to feel in the way or a bother - nothing was too much trouble for him. The replacement fire was carried out to my car and I was wished a very Merry Christmas by Tim - he is a definite asset to the store. I was a happy customer with a new fully working fire in time for Christmas. Many thanks Tim for making my day !

Went for Thermal Blackout Curtains for my bedroom & front door. Door curtain was a great price £15 but bedroom curtains were very limited unless you wanted plain single colours, realised when I got home it would have been better value to get 2 more door ones than pay £50 for a pair but the staff were cheerful & very helpful.

One of the best home furnishing retailers in the UK. From low to high end products of bedding, curtains, kitchen utensils, bedroom furniture, rugs and even bathroom products all available in Dunelm stores. In this branch it seems that prices where slightly cheaper then ones visited before. There are two floors and hot and cold food also available. Staff here are very friendly and helpfull. One of the downside is that the layout was slightly messy and could do with some reorganising, however was really happy in general.

On the retail park you will also find Jollyes pet store, a stationary store, Wine merchants, Bridal shop and also a wedding outfit alterations by Linda Grey Great lady, she will do as much as she can for you. She will also steam clean your wedding dress & keep it for your special day. Well Done Linda, she took car of my Daughter's wedding day & helped to make it very Special!

Went into Gloucester Dunelm on Friday looking for new bed linen was assisted by a very nice young man called Calam White he went above any normal standard I would expect at such a busy time of year to help my husband and I to find all the extras that go with our quilt we were puchasing, colour checking and making sure we were pleased with our purchase, Calum is an asset to your store, wishing you all a Merry Christmas.

Had to phone to check stock of several items - this store is an hour away, my local stores are out of the items I need. At least they have a phone line direct to the store, but at not peak (4.30pm on a hot Friday ) it took 5 attempts to get an answer. When I did get through, they were very helpful and I have the items I need put by!
