Nice spacious show room good range of hass & electric fire plus fire places with very helpful staff I had too make an appointment for viewings due to Covid. One down side slow too arrange fitting I was told within 6 weeks I had to visit them on 6 weeks to ask as they did not answer my phone calls nor email my score out of 10 would be 9.5

Brilliant service from beginning to end. The survey went well, and we were given guidance on what would work best. All installed on Monday. Given we have a 3 story 16th century farmhouse, it was complex but the guys cheerfully took it in their stride. Sometimes there can be a delay in them answering their phone, but that's because they will be busy in the shop. They always ring back. Highly recommended...it was so good....we are looking to get another stove installed in another room! Thank you.

Really pleased with our fireplace and electric fire, very good workmanship , it's just a pity that after making 6 phone calls over a period of time to request a paper receipt this company will not provide me with one. The last conversation I had I was told one was posted, it's strange we never received it as all our other post has been delivered without any problems. I was then told I would have a receipt hand delivered but this hasn't happened. I'm aware there is no automatic right to a paper receipt but as I cannot print one off an Email I didn't think it was too much to ask.

Delighted with our installation. We went for the pv5w multi fuel stove. Was fitted within the estimated time frame. One snag caused two day delay owing to need for insulated flue section. This however caused no change to the quoted price in spite of additional cost of components. Has transformed our sitting room! Excellent service throughout and great down to earth installation team! Highly recommended.
